It’s encouraging to hear that young man wearing the black beanie and red shirt saying “basketball saved my life”, say he is going to expand so to speak, his musical horizons by paying attention to alternative genres.

Seeing them freak out at the beginning if his performance, I couldn’t wait until the end when he hits those huge notes. I always said Bobby Hatfield could hit notes even dogs couldn’t hear.

The host is Andy Williams, another beautiful, smooth singer . My favorite is "Canadian Sunset. Give him a listen too. Another fabulous is Johnny Mathis. WOW. Here, the Righteous Brothers... all their songs are soon-ready. I saw the Righteous Bros in a famous night club. Heavenly! The tall skinny dude carried the base vocals. His name is Bill Medley. Fabulous together. Great hits like Unchained Melody, Ebb Tide, the other side (?) of Good-bye.

50s-70s music is, was, and will always be the greatest generations of music ever. Music will never be as good as those 3 decades. I'm glad that I was born in 64 and my man in 59.

This song is my husband and my song. Our first date was to see Ghost on July 16, 1990. When this song was sung, we were so embarrassed because it was our first date, and even though I was 24, I wanted to climb under the seat. My husband was sliding out of his seat. He just came home from a mission for our church, so we don't watch movies that are rated. Now we watch it and laugh because it is nothing like what they show on TV now. We were married 6 months later and we celebrated 33 years.

I’m 76 years old and had the amazing privilege of having the righteous brothers sing this song at my dinner table, it’s something I never forgot, it was amazing, they were very kind to us and I’m a Puerto Rican and my husband to be was a Mexican young man so I can say there were no racial barriers ( we were in California) 💞🙌🙏🥰💙
