It is important to me that I can easily transfer hot food to a separate container and pour off extra liquid while cooking by myself, without extra help. That is the reason I'm shopping around. I wish you would have included this important factor.

You're right. We should have mentioned ease of handling. All of these skillets can be easy to transfer hot food from, especially the Presto and the Hamilton Beach where you can remove them from the base to decrease the weight you have to hold onto. For pouring excess liquid, the Presto and the Elite Gourmet has a pouring spout for that. So, the best choice for your needs would be the Presto. Hope this help!

@@shouldit.official ah thanks. I had a mini crisis the other day when I was trying to transfer food from my ancient 12" square e-skillet. The food wouldn't pour out and I couldn't hold it with one hand in order to scrape it out and I had to call out for help. When I was younger it wasn't an issue. Luckily I wasn't home alone. Now I just want a safer one.

Plus I burn myself on the edges. The smallest touch leaves a painful burn that needs bandages. I have two bandaged burn areas from it right now. Its partly because I have a tiny apartment and a super small amount of counter space. But I love cooking in the electric skillet better than gas fire stove.
@shouldit.official9 сағат бұрын
@@techshabby0001 That's unfortunate. Sorry to hear that. Hope the burns heal nicely and such mishap won't happen to you again. The Presto has a pretty tall base so you can just tilt the skillet to pour food onto the plate without lifting all the way up which should make it easier.

@shouldit.official2 күн бұрын
If you're smelling burnt plastic, we'd recommend stop using the blender, no matter the amount of food. First, check if your outlet can properly power the blender - you may want to unplug other devices. Second, check if the blender has dust build-up around its fan. If you can disassemble it, you can also check if there's anything dust or liquid on the motor. When all else fails, hopefully your warranty is still active. Hope this help!

@shouldit.official3 күн бұрын
It depends on your blender and container. For our test, we used 100 ml of egg whites in a 24 oz beaker. As long as you fill your container no more than a quarter way up, the blender should work fine and it won't spill. Hope this help!

Are you refering to the potential harm of having Teflon non-stick coating for oven's interior? Then you don't have to worry because the top 3 doesn't have an interior non-stick coating. The Breville has one but it's enamel and not Teflon.

@@shouldit.official no I’m not , i’m talking about the poison. That’s in the plastics that’s recently come out.antimony in air fryers. Look it up and let me know your thoughts.
@shouldit.official12 күн бұрын
After some digging, I found that most of the concerns come from black plastic, specifically black plastic baskets in air fryers and coffee machines. However, it's just completely unadvisable to use plastic tools in said equipment. We've only seen metal baskets in air fryers and coffee makers. And, the concerns don't seem to be scientifically proven. Antimony is a semi-metal used as a flame retardant synergist in the production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) - a type of plastic that can withstand heat. And there have only been reports of antimony leaching in plastic water bottles in Europe and Canada but not the US. In any case, you don't need to worry about these ovens since they don't have any plastic components, regarding both their exterior and interior, that come into contact with the heat and therefore, your food.
