適応障害だと思います。 鬱は義理の母 適応障害は旦那がなってます。 鬱の時の母はとてもじゃ無いが、旅行は出来ない。 料理の仕方も忘れます。 道もわからなくなるので、認知症にも似ています。 腰のヘルニアを取る時に名医に背骨の中を綺麗にしてもらったら、鬱が治りました。 先生曰く良くある様です。 適応障害は要因があって、その要因で無ければ、旅行も楽しめます。 軽度鬱と言うのは適応障害の状態だと思います。
