Will this fit on an 02 4.3 ??? GMC Sierra. I've cut off the butterfly wedge. I run no alcohol gas and have a hypertech tuner on it. Always has the black tail pipe & smells like crap. I get the EPA rated mileage, but I know it could do better.

My mom has an 02 GMC Sierra, that is going to be mine soon. The title is already signed over to me. It has the 5.3, and this looks like a good mod to put on it. The truck is in excellent mechanical shape, but it has a bunch of dings all over the place because she’s a terrible driver. I’ll still take it though.

I would like to believe this is really going to increase MPG by 5 more MPG, I looked around and cannot find any source that speaks of your product except your own website , I really do need more than that , I know a little port and polishing a carb can bring out a lot more HP to an engine , but the MPG goes down due to it needs more fuel to make more power . There is a product called the tornado that makes claims of more MPG but no real data , just the maker saying it works. It kinda like when someone says that Jed is a great guy , just ask him and he will tell you ! : ) If your product is as good as you say it is , you could become a billionaire just selling the license to companies that could mass produce it , ever hear of the tv show Shark Tank ?

@@greenautotech Hopefully it does as claimed , but even with medical studies there are people that take a placebo in test studies and say the placebo works for them. It should be easy to develop a repeatable verifiable test study that shows real time data of before and after results . There are computers on cars that depend on the data provided by sensors , they will enrich or lean out the fuel mixture based on the input data . All I ask for is verifiable data and how the data is measured with what instrumentation. Many products available today that make adjustments to the OBD2 system . There are products and articles written about spark plugs giving and increase of 20 HP and better MPG, but in reality changing out bad worn out plugs just brings the engine back to what was lost because of old worn out plugs

I always sandblast the Wave Throttle Body before painting and spray clean with brake cleaner. This allows the paint to bond very well with a smooth lasting finish. The paint needs to resist oil and other chemicals, preferably with ceramic and rated for 500* F atleast. If these requirements are met with the valve cover paint, which I hope they are, then use it!

It's nice when (ECU) expect those change it looks like you have a very very friendly mpg (ECU) that's a big plus. The TB Wave mod would give you another 5-8 mpg plus more HP and reduce emission.

I have the same truck but its a 2004 and a 6 speed manual and white, you never really see 3rd gen trucks like ours with the 4 door 8ft bed goosneck around much besides the newer generation ones obv.

Will this fit on an 02 4.3 ??? GMC Sierra. I've cut off the butterfly wedge. I run no alcohol gas and have a hypertech tuner on it. Always has the black tail pipe & smells like crap. I get the EPA rated mileage, but I know it could do better.

My mom has an 02 GMC Sierra, that is going to be mine soon. The title is already signed over to me. It has the 5.3, and this looks like a good mod to put on it. The truck is in excellent mechanical shape, but it has a bunch of dings all over the place because she’s a terrible driver. I’ll still take it though.

Where did you inject that nano into?
I would like to believe this is really going to increase MPG by 5 more MPG, I looked around and cannot find any source that speaks of your product except your own website , I really do need more than that , I know a little port and polishing a carb can bring out a lot more HP to an engine , but the MPG goes down due to it needs more fuel to make more power . There is a product called the tornado that makes claims of more MPG but no real data , just the maker saying it works. It kinda like when someone says that Jed is a great guy , just ask him and he will tell you ! : ) If your product is as good as you say it is , you could become a billionaire just selling the license to companies that could mass produce it , ever hear of the tv show Shark Tank ?
Hope you would understand that spending $500 on a product from someone that does not provide proven real time data to show it works as claimed is a risk that most will not take.

@@greenautotech Hopefully it does as claimed , but even with medical studies there are people that take a placebo in test studies and say the placebo works for them. It should be easy to develop a repeatable verifiable test study that shows real time data of before and after results . There are computers on cars that depend on the data provided by sensors , they will enrich or lean out the fuel mixture based on the input data . All I ask for is verifiable data and how the data is measured with what instrumentation. Many products available today that make adjustments to the OBD2 system . There are products and articles written about spark plugs giving and increase of 20 HP and better MPG, but in reality changing out bad worn out plugs just brings the engine back to what was lost because of old worn out plugs
While this sounds fantastic, if it is just a mod you make it seems the automakers would have done this as well , there is not enough actual science documentation and a lot of advertising and for $500.....

@@greenautotech Not sure how you mean that , people build things to sell , just as you you doing , Not saying it cannot be done , but, there is a big difference between marketing strategy , and real live data being measured , like a true scientific before and after studies , on many vehicles that show the true data being recorded on various cars before applying device and after applying device , measuring A/F ratio , emissions data , dyno reports etc

What kind of gas mileage are you getting with that?

I always sandblast the Wave Throttle Body before painting and spray clean with brake cleaner. This allows the paint to bond very well with a smooth lasting finish. The paint needs to resist oil and other chemicals, preferably with ceramic and rated for 500* F atleast. If these requirements are met with the valve cover paint, which I hope they are, then use it!

I'm not saying I don't believe in this product, but how does this out perform a normal aftermarket throttle body? Is it really that much different?

That over 70 gals of fuel saving for 10000 miles of driving Not Bad. Tip: Always continue using the treatment it's cheap insurance and save $$$$.😀
It's nice when (ECU) expect those change it looks like you have a very very friendly mpg (ECU) that's a big plus. The TB Wave mod would give you another 5-8 mpg plus more HP and reduce emission.

People need to have a open mind, That a 20% increase use time that equals to 30 min more in run time. SAVE $$$$ NOT BAD.
I have the same truck but its a 2004 and a 6 speed manual and white, you never really see 3rd gen trucks like ours with the 4 door 8ft bed goosneck around much besides the newer generation ones obv.
Nice rig!! Thought of protecting the engine with Tribo-MAX? Those diesels sure do need some friction proofing… and we have the solution!
