First of all the country is not located in Central Asia. It's transcontinental country with the territory spanning both Europe and Asia. Second, Having a few fancy skyscrapers doesn't make a city Dubai. Azerbaijan is full of with the buildings of European architecture date back to 19th century that which never existed in Dubai.

Hello! Welcome 😊. For your information: South Caucasus region (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia) is located between Western Asia and Eastern Europe. You can find this information at least in Wikipedia). Central Asian countries are - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan., Tajikistan. That's it.
Welcome to Azerbaijan. And it's not Central Asia but Caucasus region.

Haha, even Serbs think that getting in and out of Belgrade airport was just a waste of return ticket. Next time I will go just one way until they fix the airport. It's owned/rented to French, btw, and we want it back for human use!
