Ok, keeping on watching your video, I am on a half for the moment. And I actually don't fully understand what services you are providing. Is it something about facebook ads and advertising the brand? But what makes me wonder is that first you ask a client to pay a check and then you ask them to do some additional job of filling some forms online. They must be really motivated, you know....

The idea of outsourcing makes sense to me when your business has grown beyond what you can manage as an individual. That being said, I feel like starting off that way doesn't make sense. In order to make sales calls and be the best in your business it seems like you would need to be an expert from the ground up and understand the ins and outs of running ads. Unless I'm missing something! It would make more sense to me to invest in learning the skillset, then outsource from there. I do not own a business at this time, just trying to figure all of this out :)

Hi Mariah, how did you make your google form so nice? the color section behind the form that is full page width and highlighted text with the same accent color? I don't see anything like it in their templates and it makes this very basic form so lovely. You've done a phenomenal job!

I don't use Trello. I've tried and tested Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc. etc. over the past few years and I am super happy with... Notion! I LOVE notion. I think we'll stay with it for a long time :)

The Jeff Bezos example is really wrong, you talk about Jeff now being a billionaire of course he won't do packaging or sending products but I'm sure he was doing all this alone when he first started. Usually (or hopefully) if someone does not outsource is because he doesn't have enough cash flow to do it!
