I saw online it said it was permanently closed. What happened? I stayed here before and it was a beautiful time. The owner was so gracious and kind and so was her son.
They ended up selling the property to someone else; It's a beautiful spot.

It’s a damn shame my home town that once everyone was able to afford a home there has become the new headquarters of these tech giants that in turn skyrocketed home prices around the city. I used to live in the William Cannon side of town east of 35.

Can using KW Mortgage avoid the VA 3% fees?
"Buy before interest rates go up!" But an increase in the federal funds rate and the price of real estate are directly correlated. As rates go up, real estate prices will fall because otherwise housing inventory will just sit there on the market indefinitely, waiting to be sold. So you advising buyers to HURRY UP AND BUY WHILE RATES ARE STILL LOW is pretty much advising them to buy real estate in an already inflated market, during a time of interest rate hikes, that will result in their homes being worth significantly less than they paid in the coming years. But WTF do you care, you got that sweet sweet 3% buyer side commission!

Why do houses have no basement in south area?
The majority of Texas homes do not have basements because we have limestone, and it's expensive to excavate underground. Instead of basements most homes have attics above the top floor of the home. Attics are typically used for additional storage and sometimes are finished out and used as extra, usable square footage.
