Thread Whirling on ATC cool idea,
Bet there’s not to many of theses machine tools being sold !
Citizen is one of the most popular Swiss machines on the market. My shop has 18 of them.
Thanks Ron. This helped clear some things up.
What’s the ideal ratio for tool size to hole diameter for this procedure with this tool type for a typical edge break type Cham
Hello. Is there any simulator program on PC to test the program
Great Job, Thank you very much.
Total of 13 front machining B-axis tools: 12 ATC tools and one additional live tool directly above......Happy Holidays!!!! 😀😀
100% first to answer you win. Email me at [email protected] so I can send you your MCC SWAG BOX!
13 tools total
Yes 13 total!
I agree. 1 fixed and 12 on the ATC.
13 total, 1 fixed and 12 on the ATC
too cool!
Oh yea, I tried excentric turning @1:47:28 via a macro, but the L12 I tried it on wasn't fast enough to calculate the points on the theoretical circle I needed. I wonder how the Machine does it, after all, there was an Option available for purchase to do just that, but my boss wouldn't want to buy it...
Holy shit the Variable Exchange between Bar Loader and Machine are way overdue! When using the "multiple parts per Start Pos." (or whatever it is called), it always leaves such a long piece of Material to be ejected. With Requesting the "bar remaining" length, I could make the program adjust automatically to use every last material possible.
Thank you so much for these Videos.
Great machine! What kind of guide bush is placed in the machine? Doesn't look like a JBS to me
good!
Does this cost less than an M machine?
Sir you know M series machine price? tell me approximately thank you very much
Holy shit.
The best videos of swiss machining!!! Congratulations from Brazil citizen team!!!
Anyone else notice that the loader opens before the chuck closes?
