Hey Jigyasa ,nice destination. After so long I got to see a serene place like this. Please also inform us of the modes of transport available from Mumbai/ Pune to reach this place. Is it easily available/ frequent or we have to arrange well in advance. What are the approximate charges , are they negotiable. Kindly provide more information.
Thank you for watching! You can come by private car or a taxi which is the most convenient. Details for public transport: To reach Forest Hills by Tala from Pune or Mumbai, take a bus (₹300-₹600) or train (₹150-₹500) to Mangaon. From Mangaon, take a local bus (₹50-₹100) or taxi (₹800-₹1,200) to Tala. Finally, from Tala, hire an auto-rickshaw or taxi (₹200-₹400) to Forest Hills. Total costs range from ₹400-₹2,200. Check schedules and book tickets in advance.
