FYI the sternum is not at the bottom of your neck...... previous video about face, neck exercises
We hold at the base of the neck i.e top of the sternum - do look up anatomy and you'll see the sternum starts at the level of collarbones and continues down through the centre of the chest

I cannot get my under eye muscles to pull and release like you do, all my muscles around my eye move when I try to isolate my under eye area. 😫.
Hi Debbie, it takes a bit of practice and patience to isolate the muscles, I'm sure you are on the right track 🌸 try to work with a mirror so you can visually see the low eye muscles pulling up and contracting, this is what has helped me when I was learning the exercises 💆♀
Absolutely amazing, what only 10 min can do. Thank you so much, this was exactly what I had needed! Due to caries I had to have a deep filling at the dentist last week and was told, that there´s a 50% chance, my tooth is not gonna survive and I will have to come back for another procedure. Ever since then, I have been so scared and therefore tense in the jaw, that I don´t even know, if the pain I feel is from tension and teeth grinding or from a beginning inflammation of the root of the tooth. Feeling so much better now and I hope, it´s gonna stay that way...

Hello mam, i am 16 years old boy and i have very deep hollow eyes from the age of 6,will this exercise work for me. some people says me to do these exercises after 18 because of face growth. Mam what your opinion on this. It would be very helping for me mam if you replied to my questions.
Thanks for your question, and yes your face is still growing and developing so perhaps try this 2-3 times a week and see how you feel. Do also pay attention to your sleep, nutrition, lifestyle and screen times, because they will have an affect on your eye appearance. Hope this helps!😀
