Bill Dow, PMP, is a recognized expert in Project Management by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for specifically developing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs.) His extensive experience with Project Management and PMOs has enabled him to co-author & publish (Dow Publishing LLC) several comprehensive books available through Amazon, Apple, and Barnes & Noble.
Bill has taught at the college level for over 30+ years in Washington State, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada, and had worked at Microsoft for over 14 years running 8 Project Management Offices while he was there across multiple areas of the company. Bill has moved on from Microsoft and now running his 10th PMO at the University of WA Medical. The project's start and end dates are critical for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, and meeting customer requirements, whether it involves new development or service delivery. As a technical manager, a better understanding allows for easier assistance and simplification of the delivery process, making it more accessible to customers in a straightforward manner.

It is a great question because there are tons of survey tools out there for sure including SurveyMonkey and TypeForm are ones I have used in the past. Also Google Forms.

PMO and project management industry survey data is very important to me as it provides industry trends and stay up-to-date with best practices, and benchmarkings. Further, this data would contribute towards decision making and market competitiveness.
I love that and it is so true. I asked this of other PMO leaders and be surprised when they say they don't watch for it.
