  My grandpa grew up right along the Erie right of way and when the triplexes were first rolled out they had to run them through the territory to get them to their designated locations. He said the exhaust sounds from the loco were extremely loud he could hear the drivers slamming down on the road bed. Him and his brother both worked for the railroad too and gave the lifespan of these for 5 years max.

  Man the class A looks so good in the shiny livery. I have one question though Chris. Have you quelled the transformer infestation on the layout. That poor guys shop is being used as a heli-pad haha. Anyway love the channel love you carry on doing what you do man. You're awesome.

  Hello, my name is justin. I first want to say that I love your videos. I just found your KZread channel today and I am already a fan I follow other train KZreadrs such as Eric's trains, and Steve strains. Unfortunately due to my very low budget being on government funds I can't really get into the hobby right now add due to my lack of eyesight, that's right I am blind. I can't see very well at all. I've been told by other people in the hobby that I would do very well with o-scale and g scale model trains. Hopefully I can one day own at least one train set. Because of you and Eric from Eric's trains and Steve from Steve's trains, I am really becoming to have a lot of knowledge about railroad train modeling. So I want to thank you so much for that. You describe very well on what your trains look like so thank you so much. I usually have to put my phone or tablet right against my face for me to see the pictures and video. I'm not expecting anyone to want to send me anything and I'm not even going to ask, I will eventually get enough money to buy a train set for my own. I don't know about a layout, but an oval track or a circle track will do just fine for me. Again, I just want to thank you so much for posting all these videos and being an inspiration to me I love what you do and please keep up the wonderful work that you have done.

  both engines are winners in my book. Big boy has that awesome growling whistle they are both great engine's 90 sounds so real you can close your eyes and your in strausburg . Best place on the planet so far.

  For anyone that has one of the Lionel 2-6-0 moguls can I run it with my semi scale engines and rolling stock and will it look normal and not like a huge scale engine, I only do semi scale because it’s cheaper than full scale but I love this locomotive and I’m wondering if it’s small enough to run with semi scale rolling stock and look normal and not weird
