The ladies and gents of this era were so sophisticated- even the modern homes were so innovative-I love and live in an historic home, but the modern houses of this era are unreal! ALSO; NOTICE how properly the women and men speak? Not liek todays young women with their stupid raspy voices and how they incorrectly speak and hteir trying to pronounce every detail like that GOONYAOC! UGH! ICANNOTSTOMACHlietening to that person! LOOK at this showL NICE< WHITE< BRIGHT< AND RIGHT.... LET's go BACK to that TRUMP 2024!

Good show. We can certainly see how the level of talent and writing for sitcoms has dropped from then to now.

Well executed, very funny, but seemingly impossible to pull off week to week. Didn't Sid Caesar basically kill himself with all the work he did on "Your Show of Shows"? Now he's going to play half the roles in this show? And Richard Deacon's first line comes halfway into the episode...

And no one's commenting on the eligible bachelor (in shorts and a sweater???) that invites her over mid-day to help clean his pool while her husband is at work? Sure, happens ALL the time. It's clear the only reason to watch this show was for her.

She's lovely, some very funny lines, but where would you go from here? First fight, meet the parents, chance for a nationwide tour, etc. But situation comedies thrive with characters, not the situation.

Boy ! They changed her for the actual series. A different kind of woman ; less girl-like ; freer, more relaxed hair style ; deeper voice ; sexier personality ; throwing her head back more often ; glamorous costumes ... definitely improvements ... not for misogynistic reasons, but for creating a more interesting character ; otherwise, they could have stayed with the doris day persona.
