Thank you Father. Thank you Oh Holy Spirit. People, please don't live like cats and dogs. Young people, students, please. Our purpose is to seek God, not the business of hogs and dogs.

Ok John says the Word became flesh. 30 plus years " reading" the Bible, the same scripture that I read before has a different concept ‼️ How is that ⁉️ SIMPLE JESUS CHRIST IS THE WORD AND HE CAN'T BE PUT INTO 10 MINUTES ‼️ religion ( Pharisees) has always put GOD in a box . This why the church really doesn't have an positive impact on society ‼️

Fr. Mike, I really needed to hear this. "Your vulnerability or your woundedness has been trampled upon by others." Last year my oldest brother had unexpected open heart surgery. He was planning to see and take care of our mother during that time, who was in declining health. I chose to take his place. We both often traveled back home to look after her and take care of her. When I told my sister-in-law I wouldn't be able to attend her daughters baby shower as I was traveling back home to take care of my mother she became belligerent and snarky and was upset that I was choosing to see my mother over a baby shower. Several months later my mother passed away. I don't regret making that choice.

i am reminded here of 2 TIMOTHY 3 2-9 where he starts by saying men shall be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud blasphemers, and so on, we certainly see that play out in our generation, just to not dwell on that negative that beautiful old hymn came to mind. Amazing grace how sweet thou art That saved a wretch like I once was lost But now am saved Was blind and now I see Have a good day BIAY people🌹🌻🏵

Day 204..it appears that the Lord opposes tthe concept of getting drunk..maybe because it dulls counsel and the knowledge of wisdom..very strong words from Isaiah! The great day of the Lord is near..I will bring distress on men, because they have sinned against the Lord..seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, who do his commands, seek humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the wrath of the Lord. These minor prophets cut right to the point, and make know what is to be done and right in the eyes of the Lord. He who belittles his neighbor lacks sense, but the man of understanding remains silent..the wisdom of proverbs is very forth telling, one can learn so much from this, as it lays it out plainly..oh Lord let us learn from these things written so we may receive the blessings that come from it. Prayers for Father Mike and all the BIY family 🙏❤

The Bible is an IQ test for the 21st Century and Fr. Mike Schmitz FAILS miserably. Start with history. For two thousand years, Greek mythology spun Epic Poetry about Gods living on Mt. Olympus, who were deeply flawed and filled with lust for human females. When Jesus died, they re-wrote his story with Greek mythology. Jesus was the Son, God was the Father, and Mary was a virgin who had not known a man. This is easy-peasy stuff. Jesus was an ordinary human and the God-stuff came from the audience who loved Greek legends about lustful Gods impregnating human females.

The bible is about how the world is prophesied to end and return to a deathless paradise, and what man must do in order to reunite with its creator and enjoy said paradise, with the first question being: "Why should believe this is true? Prove it!" To which the bible replies: "Sure, how much time you got?" Believe in it or not, Abrahamic religion and all its qualms and variation and denomination and translation, through all the war and famine and prosperity it may have brought to mankind thru our recorded history, has shaped the modern world and the modern man more than we could ever summarize.
