Hi there! Can anyone help me? I have one of these and they have started to blink (the case) the red light started to blink when charged and my earbuds only charge, not the case anymore… any tips?

I have this problem I’ve hardly even used them for the last year now they’re out of warranty and they’re faulty… absolutely rubbish now I’m actually using them.

I got these headphones for Christmas. I returned them the very next day. I’ve never ever had such difficulty simply trying to pair to my phone. I was amazed that these headphones have a single good review. I’ve used AirPods, AirPods Pro and Raycons and literally all of them worked perfectly straight out of the box and consistently worked perfectly for the duration I had them. These were a total non starter. I never even ended up being able to pair them. Just wouldn’t work. Returned and am buying AirPod pros again. Those work at least.

you put the buds wrongly, put it first vertically then twist forward so it will lock to your ears

Just bought the sony wf1000xm3 earbuds, and immediately notice that the right earbuds charge abnormally, the red light flicker like crazy, but i just ignore it and charge for the next 2 hours, and when i tried to use it, it doesnt even turn on and response at all.

my issues: 1. Wont fit 2. right earbud takes 1 second to respon to anything (including notifications) (no issues while listening to musics, its just that it takes 0.5sec to 1 sec to respon to anything, sync is perfect) 3. ANC is almost non existent 4. Battery doesn't last more than 2 hours with anc and the Hi-res setting set on Auto 5. it seems my right earbud is having a lot of issue 6. my case takes 3 seconds to light up once I open them up

Mine only lasted four months. After that the red light on the right one never turn off. It heats and the battery only last about half an hours. Even if I dont use it.

My problem is they keep going in and out of sound canceling he hear a constant ding each time it does it now that stop doing that it just kicks out of sound canceling and stays at the same counseling and less you put it back on manually it’s a pain in the ass not happy with these

Just bought mine, they simply just don't work. Can't connect to anything, the left one lights up blue it seems but the right one always red or nothing. I tried resetting, reinitializing factory, the process they describe does not even work. I'm so bummed and annoyed right now.

Agree - mine had serious connection problems and gets progressively worse between devices like my iphone and my laptop. That description it had a "mind of its own" is 100% apt. It's almost like it prefers certain devices and doesn't like pairing with others, and changing pairing devices screws up my laptop's ability to pair with other devices which drives me completely mad.

I have to admit this video surprised me. I wanted to get myself an Acer Nitro 5 laptop cause it was cheap but my mom prevented me from having it so instead she offered me a Microsoft Surface Go which I gave in and said yes. For a non-gaming laptop it's somehow decent. When I get my Surface Go I'll decide if I want to keep it or not. Thanks!

I broke one of the earbuds (Left one) because I dropped it and now i want to connect my right earbud to another device, but to do so i need to put it in paring mode and without the other earbud it won't go into paring. Does anyone know how to put one earbud into paring mode?

I’m a sound engineer and these are garbage. If you want the true earbud version of the wh1000xm3 go for jabras 85ts. They have speakers twice the size of all these shitty buds. 12 mm. Get these if you want permanent ear damage above 10 kHz.

An 2 years on I'm using the wf1000xm4 & the left ear bud dies in less than 2hrs. Currently down to 87% from 100% in 8 minutes of use. I love Sony too but this is terrible for a product I bought less than 6 months ago!

I hve had those headphones for 1 y ear rn and i hate them so much. They keep disconnecting my phone for every 3 minutes. They just turn off and then i need to put them back to case

Just been told by fkin Sony, i had to pay $130 to change both earbuds. It happens after my 1 year warranty ends. Great, again fk you sony. I can't pair with my phone.

I’m having 80 percent from the issue that you have 1.right bud volume higher from left 2.battery drain and headphones not turns off when retried back to the charging case 3. iPhone 11 , lot of disconnection , latency 5-10 sec till it’s connect 4.sounds actually good , but Huge frustration of disconnections

Just got these, and tell you what...the left bud already flickering day 1 as soon as i opened the box. Its brand new btw...thats it man im done with Sony, i actually plan to return them tomorrow, im getting my money back and buy airpods pro instead.

The drop goes as 1. 100% both earbuds remaining 2. 50% both ear buds remaining 3. after 15-20 minutes, 20% left ear bud, 50% right ear bud remaining. 4. 20% both ear buds remaining, then shutdown. Please help if this uneven drop in battery is okay or is my product defective.

Idk if mine’s defective but the sound quality is subpar when compared to even the EarPods. No mids or bass. I can’t replace or return them. I feel cheated. I was so excited when it arrived , i was saving for a while to buy this.
