    And sometimes not even that. If one's stress levels are too high, weight loss will be harder. And sometimes the stress in seeped into the biology since childhood and so the person has a major problem losing weight. Body stress is their default. If you doubt this, just look into it.

    @@fridge3489 calories are still relevant, even in full blown Cushing's syndrome though. An anorexic person with Cushing's will still be thinner than someone who eats normally with Cushing's. In fact, Cushing's can be missed in people with anorexia. If you doubt this, look into it.

    These belts are a joke.. sorry to burst you bubble. I ordered 3 for me and my girls. The only one that got a result was me. A sore by my belly button that got infected and left a scar. I don't need to lose weight just tighten my muscles. I had it all the way up. I had to go down a notch because it felt like sharp needles jabbing me. Then it just tickled. I didn't feel any tightening AT ALL!But kept doing it.until a week in of using it 3 times a day. When I developed a little pimple lookin sore. Even though it was small it was painful and I have a high pain tolerance. I quit for a few days and it got worse..then festered and was bigger and an open sore. It took a month of treating it to heal. But the red scar it still there. The girls ? Zero results

    Hi, just saw this and well .. not sure how old this video is.. but .. you’re doing it kinda wrong. NEVER ever apply cream right after getting rid of hair .. best is to wait a little or apply a product that is made specially for this.. or you’ll get blemishes and all sort of stuff you don’t want in there.. you must let the pores close. don’t wash immediately after either. not that I’m an expert, but I’ve been trained by my beauty therapist.. hope this helps. Taking your hair off is less painful if you wash first so your pores dilate. PS .. it is not really recommended that you take out all your hair .. just use on certain areas - lip, brow area, chin maybe.. some hair on the face is actually food for us. all the best.

    And can I recommend Face Yoga? It's cheaper than all of the gadgets. Btw, I have about 7 rows of lashes and I have, here and there, one sticking out (well, growing out from a weird place...😁) just like you do.

  • @DoraSometimes
    @DoraSometimes3 жыл бұрын

    I'd recommend never using that awful spoolie you get with brow and lash serums. It's just a total waist because you're not doing anything by putting eyelash serum on your lashes- you have to put it on the roots. For brows I also find it much more precise. So, if I may suggest buying two cheap brushes, they look just like the "wand" in the Rapidlash serum. And then you dip it in the serum that you'll find on the spoolie. You can turn it upside down, so the brus part is up and the serum will slide down the wand....and then you just dip your brush in it or scoop it when it's sliding towards the handle. Jeez, I've made it sound complicated AF...but it's really not. Just a suggestion 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm at the 6:20 so I don't know the results...let me watch on and if I have something else "smart" to add... definitely will. Oh, thank you for this video!!! Your personality is so refreshing. Sweet, normal, calm...amazing, quite honestly. Greetings from Croatia

    Hi I know this is an old posting but I wanted to add my experience with Yoga Burn, which is all positive :) I have had the DVDs for about 5 years now and have stopped and started the series about 4 times in that time frame mainly because this stuff is good but hard and i get lazy BUT when i do stick to it you get quick results, I do a lot of other yoga so i do slip back into other progammes as I say this one is hard even the first DVD for the fist month is hard to do 3 times over unless you already are pretty strong/flexible so i usually start off at twice over then build up to 3. I have never been able to get past the 2nd DVD anyway so am determined to try and get to that and further this time round! Am pleased i have it on DVD so can pick it back up whenever i want. There are also the other Yoga Burn DVDS (set of 6 that cover different types of yoga that i do dip into to do on the days off of Yoga Burn but really doing the Yoga Burn 3 times a week if all you need for weight loss and strength). I also feel fine to go back a step to an earlier/easier DVD or to only do a session twice though instead of 3 if i just can't manage 3, any yoga is good afteralll. I find the rythmic music in background helps to keep be zoned in as well and there is not much talking :) I am 52 and have had back issues and tight fascia etc so I can't do yoga as easily as i could years ago but Yoga Burn helps my back and keeps me strong. I have many many yoga DVDs and on youtube there are thousands but that fact i keep coming back to this means for me it's the best and always have that challenge to get through the whole set, if I ever do in my lifetime!

    No no surtout éviter épilateur à piles c'est une perte d'argent il fait interruption en pleine épilation car le poil est épais.donc cet épilateur convient seulement à un poil très fin celles qui souffrent de pilosité non moi malade ça ne m'a pas aidée je l'ai acheté cher et il est à la poubelle à cause de cette pile de merde le poil s'accroche dans ces pincettes donc il ne bouge plus et bloque :le poil est plus puissant que l'épilateur Braun attention il est cher aussi,😭😭
