  Your meant to remove the ring pull lid and turn upside down and leave it in the microwavable container and cook it in that, not empty it out on a plate.

  @@justinlowebloggingforcharities I also accept that there is alot of oil residue on the plate but that's how suet is made, I am not a massive fan of the product but as I can't get the traditional home made which my Nan used to make I will have one of these now and then.

  My partner and I have been to Malgrat 6 times stopping at different hotels, although we haven't been since 2011 due to our age and disabilities. Fantastic place along with Santa Susanna. We used to frequent the Rover's Return and The Drunken Duck. Don't know if they are still in business.

  Thanks for trip down memory lane I lived in Egypt for 6 years. I miss watching the yachts at night in the marina. It’s never been that quiet though must be covid and foreign office telling people not to travel to Egypt because of Gaza which is ridiculous.

  check "How to eat Surströmming" by Åke Dahllöf, he makes it look simple. he adds it to a ton of other stuff to make it edible, it's still pretty disgusting. anyway not something i'd ever want to eat myself. better luck next time hehehe

  Thai green curry is super nice, but ready meals often are tailored for a British palate - didnt look like a pretty good version of it to be honest - its meant to be tangy and spicy so doesnt seem like they got it right!
