Doesn't matter how much sink into a house around here, extremely hard to sell anything over two or three million dollars. If on top an economic crisis affecting housing crisis, hits again? Even cheaper would have to sell. My ex husband and I caught a period like that around here, I just didn't want a big house, I preferred a condo on the beach as a vacation home. He seriously also liked turn of the 20th century big old houses in East Hill, or more modern but dated charm, on the water in Gulf Breeze proper. We actually looked at one old classics on the water in East Hill too. Also a doctor's house, who was selling, of another who worked alot of years with my stepfather. Dr.Jasper. Wasn't the original owner, but maybe the second one. It's just too insane around here. Dumbed down overspecialized dehumanized egomaniac narcissistic blindness snowflakes, all about money. Zombies. Cultural higher consciousness intellectualism? Not much. Can't see the big picture of the world at all.
