I wondered because ive just come back from Mayrohofen and in here it shows its a red run but is a black run now, but nowadays most of the fencing is missing so wonder if thats why

Stopping like that, especially in a busy run like the over-skiid one you're on, is an absolute hazard. It might be the person behind you who's responsible to miss you, but doing so might very easily mess them up. Please stop doing it.

That’s not 78 degrees. You would make a turn and hurl out of control. Wouldn’t be skiable.

It's not a black really - may be trying to put some less skilled skiers from attempting it! There is nothing difficult in it I was there last week and enjoyed the run several times.

Degrees and percentage are different things. 100% slope would be a 45° slope angle. You were pretty much spot on 78% slope is a 35.1°slope angle.
