  I remember that game so well. All the young men on that team truly exemplified the Mountaineer ❤ that night. I believe the current head coach has been bringing that back.

  Driving home from this game was a terrifying experience. There were trees falling down all along 287 North, blocking several lanes of traffic.

  Announcer "if west virginia was better than 6-5 (smith and austin) would be in heisman consideration" If West Virginia would've had a decent defense that year they'd been much better than 6-5.

  WVU got tired on Defense late in the 3rd quarter,. Miami wanted the game more ... or at least that is how it looked from a fans stand point. WVU didn't have a punter and that hurt a lot in this game , like late in the 4th quarter. OOCH!!!

  This was the first year of the new unis. At first I thought they were disgusting but now I love them. Especially the all gold! This season was horrible but this was the one bright spot.
