When you were watching this during editing how did the music not lead you to commit suicide? I made it 27 seconds before it was mute city. Shelves are fantastic! Be proud

Hi Art! Thanks for the comment. I edit my videos myself and use iMovie on my MacBook. For my earlier videos I edited on a program called animotica , which I believe I paid around $10 for which is also very easy to use. I don’t think you need any super fancy software , since what you are working on does all the talking . Let me know if you need any other help! -Daran

Looks great but you didn't tell us nothing about nothing about nothing I looked at this video to teach me something you're not spreading your knowledge except for some corny music speak to people tell people what you're doing how you're doing it while you're doing it the way you're doing it that way you can help spread the knowledge around about what you're doing I'm sorry but this was the least helpful video I've ever clicked on but thanks for making it hopefully you make more videos where you explain more things of you're cutting something 6 ft 5 and the shelter going to be at 6 ft 4 because 1 in minus 1 in is whatever I mean give people info don't just show pictures explain it

Hi Sturgill! Thanks for your reply , I appreciate your feedback! I totally agree with you , I have started adding subtitles on my future videos to give more context of what I’m doing . I like displaying the music I’ve made so I think sometimes I am thinking more of the music than explanation . I can always be reached out to explain or clarify measurements etc. I will work on more explanation in future videos!

Hello! I actually did not have to remove the top , the person I got it from already did. There should be 4 bolts though at the top that should attach to the table.

Good job ! I’m going to attempt this , this week . A little nervous about the doors .to make the frame that you placed on 2:24 in the video , how do I know how to cut the sections out, as far as measurements . So I go according to how wide I want the openings to be ?
@grainthimble73373 жыл бұрын
Hey there Erica! If you are referring to the frame, where the openings are, the openings themselves aren't important , as long as the doors overlap the openings by maybe 1/2" each side. The frame is mostly to hide the edges and give a place to attach the door track. This will make sure it will be fully covered, and you don't see inside the console when closed. I used 1"x 6" s for the frame (you can use those or 1" x 4" s depending on the aesthetics you like better), and lined them up to the top and bottom of the console, and the remaining space is where I fit the vertical frame pieces. The only thing to watch out for is how far the wheels on the track stick up and don't interfere with your top. Does this answer your question? -Daran

Grain & Thimble yes that makes sense to me ! Thank You for responding . I will update you on how the build goes. For the shelving you used the same from that same board right ?
@grainthimble73373 жыл бұрын
Sounds good! Yes the shelving was the same as the sides , which was 3/4” plywood. I think I used 1/4” or 1/2” for the backing since it wasn’t structural, and I could easily nail in.
