Io da Italiana dico che la pasta fa schifo solo a vederla. Noi non facciamo la pasta scotta, e non la condiamo con la besciamella, nel piatto purè la verdura. Ma che modo di mangiare è questo. Fate i vostri piatti tipici e lasciate la cucina Italiana agli Italiani.

Las recetas son muy buenas Pero sería mejor aceleraras los procesos "comunes" como rallar el queso o el ajo, cortar las cebollas y cosas tan comunes. Hace el video muy tedioso.

FYI, do not put salt in when the water is cold and never put oil in the water it interferes with the sauces ability to stick to the pasta. Hope this helps
