This channel is primarily about my fascination with flight simulations and military simulations in general. Ever since I was a grade school kid, I played tactical war games. I started out with the old Avalon Hill table top war games. Namely Anzio, Tactics II, Panzer Leader, Squad Battles, and my favorite Panzer Blitz. My love of history and military history in particular drives my interest in these types of games. With the advent of computers and the computer gaming industry, my love for these types of games transferred to those delivery mechanisms.

I think it is stock. If it is not a stock skin then I'm afraid I don't know where I got it other than the DCS User Skins and it is not there anymore. I just checked.
That's an RAF 4 Squadron skin from the user files.

So if this was real the pilot is actually dead or taken as a hostage because there was some enemy troops were left that shot him down so imagine your plane crashes you open your parachute when you land on the ground safely you look around and you see isis flag what would your reaction be ??

Digital Combat Simulator or DCS World. You can fly an Su-25 frogfoot for free on the Caucuses/Georgia map. It's on steam and direct from Eagle Dynamics.

I'm sorry but I no longer have it. It was a very old mission which broke with the many updates to DCS.

@@ronaldwatson1951 Saudi F-15Cs and British Tornados which were trying to hit the airfield. I'm trying to see who is who as well while trying to not hit friendly Mig-21s and Mig-23s.

@@ronaldwatson1951 I do have a 4K monitor. It is an ASUS PB287Q (3840x2160@60Hz). It is amazingly sharp and my FPS are never really below 60fps. I could run it at a lower resolution but I like the superb clarity. I run DCS with basically everything on high settings.

Actually it is. Tskhinvali is the regional capital of South Ossetia. It is the largest city in that regional area with something like 30,000 people. You are probably thinking of the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.

Nice scenes. So the attitude indicator in the 19 has the dark/black side UP and blue side DOWN??? Wow that would throw me off big time.
LOL! Yep, still not used to it myself although day time flight is manageable. Night time flight is a mess. At end of this video I'm landing in the night and you can see me pull up sharply once I get a visual of the airfield lights. I was confused beforehand by that attitude indicator and not being able to read it properly at night.
I love this mission. Is there available to download. I love c101 and looking forward to flying with other enthusiasts. 😅

2019 and people are anxiously waiting for ED to release the Mil-Mi-24P Hind. Until that time you can still hang out with the Mi-8 Hipster Hipo, which is good practice and loads of fun. All in all Helos are the secret stars of DCS imho.
