  Hey All! I recently lived in STANZA - TEL AVIV, BANER and wanted to share some honest insights before you make a decision. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered: 1. Unprofessional Staff & Neglected Amenities: Forget the friendly vibes in their ads. Staff members, including Venkatesh and others, were rude and confrontational. The advertised pool? Stagnant and smelly. Gym equipment? Broken down. A whole section of the gym ceiling is damaged, creating a safety hazard. 2. Major Privacy Concerns: This was a HUGE deal breaker. Housekeeping staff repeatedly walked into residents' rooms, without knocking! This included entering female residents' rooms, which is completely unacceptable and caused several girls to leave within a month. 3. Exorbitant Fees & Unclear Billing: The rent is ridiculously high (Rs.15,000), especially considering the lack of working amenities and unprofessional staff. The electricity bill in phase 3 is a shocker - Rs. 3,500 per person! No clear explanation for this outrageous charge. (Per person 15,000 * (6 members each flat): = Rs. 90,000 FOR A 3 BHK FLAT (AN ABSOLUTE LOOT!) 4. Constant Hassles & Unreliable Infrastructure: Power cuts are frequent, and only one elevator works at a time, causing major inconvenience on higher floors (like the 11th, where I stayed). Furniture malfunctions were frequent, and overall maintenance was lacking. 5. Broken Promises & Feeling Cheated: The whole experience felt like a lie. Stanza Living promised a well-maintained building - it wasn't the case. Seems like our rent money wasn't being invested back into the building. I also had a word with the regional team but the staff here keeps threatening as there is no customer support directly to the delhi office to address our issues. Consider this as an honest review and don't pay your HARD EARNED money at places where there's no support. God Bless & Regards, (Stanza Living Tel Aviv Resident)

  Kyden was overrated in entire hustle 3. Kayden was used and dumped because he was giving views to hustle. But kayden was not even close to bassick and uday who have shown their different skills in the show they were lycically genius, shown different flow switches ,multi syllabel rhyme scheme and what not but what kyden has done in the show was to flex on his mideocre writing.

  kayden didnt even deserve to get into top 6. he had weak writing, no depth, kid level rhyme scheme, rhymed a word with a same word. Too generic lyrics. Your reasoning is too far off.
