Great video as always. Just an opinion, if you zone out (and ignore the other girls like you said) and get close to your pb time, that would be probably be your best chance to podium, ironically - because by overthinking it you are going to be slower than your already optimised pace.. and hence get a worse ranking.

Awesome tips. Helped me a lot especially stepping in rather than jumping in and wasting energy. Loved watching you in Cologne last Weekend. Had my first Hyrox Men race and loved it. I can give out a 4th tip: don’t extend into a standing position after the jump. Instead stay down and continue into the burpee. The extending will unnecessarily waste energy and work your quads.

Watching video after struggling with the skill aspect at Glasgow at weekend (1st Hyrox) Would say that hand out to rig not same as wall, because of the overhang. I had to take a further step back and throw it out.
I really struggle with sleep but I have been watching movie etc on the PC etc after 8pm
run faster, do the activities faster, train more. simple but effective tips 😂
