My first job was at the Abbey hotel, bussing tables, second job - making fudge at Lake Geneva's Kilwin's store. I rode a bicycle that i bought at a garage sale. Good times.

  • @nickhuber9627
    @nickhuber96275 жыл бұрын

    Huh! The whole process is fudge making. You take raw ingredients, cook them to a precise temperature, pour it on a marble slab, let it cool, start creaming it for a smooth consistency, then once it steps up, you form it into a loaf, then slice it into 1/2 lb slices. What part of this isn't making fudge?

    Fudge from anywhere else but the Upper P is just not the BEST Fudge! They know how to make it so it melts in your mouth. I should know, I have buying it for the last 47yrs!!! From both the Island and the Soo!! Matter of fact, got some 4 days ago from Mac City and 2 days ago from the SOO.

    +chelle m : No way! Best place I have ever had fudge is from Fort Fudge across from Fort Michilimackinac. Every other place I have had it, the fudge is either too rich or too sugary. Fort Fudge is just like velvet! Absolutely melts in your mouth and doesn’t ‘sugar’ up as bad as the other vendors.
