It’s the highway megaton exhaust ?
@@kevinklein4784 just a cheepy exhaust off Dennis Kirk. Emgo is the brand.
That brake is only a backup for the rear wheels. The handlebar brake runs all 4 wheels. My 96 bearcat 454 is doing the same thing. Ive never had the backup brakes for it and only ran the handlebar one. I disconnected the switch and it runs mint now. Wow icant believe it. Thanks white trash guy 👍
It turns out it was the voltage regulator as the underlying cause. The voltage was too high in my case. The draw from the brakes dropped the voltage enough for it to run good. Weird.
@@Whitestrash I've had my wheeler for over 8years and never had an issue till a year ago. I've also never had that foot brake lever hooked up as it was taken off the right rear wheel. Do you think I should still replace the voltage regulator? Maybe just riding with the light on at all time would draw away unwanted current?
@@evanphillips6555 the right way would be to replace the regulator. But I'm sure it won't hurt it to leave the brake light on. Or turn on the headlights and send it
Tengo. Problema. Con. Polaris. No. Aranca. El. Encendido
works, I converted my old Mikita saw into a metal saw with this blade 💪🏽
This is the stupidest video I’ve seen

Absolutely not ! WORX brand is very low quality.... And you too will want your money back😮
@@ron8935 well it doesn't suck YET...
Very good video
Need to exercise the ponies. Get a local kid to ride it every now and then, jeez
Thanks for making this video. I've always thought it makes no sense investing money in an ATV unless it's 4 wheel drive.👍
Thanks very much for making this video! Worked like a charm.
1 cut and 1 4$ coupler with 2 u clamps andbeen done in 7 min
Yes ❤ I want to be that guy
Bro let it warm first poor engine
Stilll sounds good ! Wow !! J - ftw 😮
Great, thank you!
How
Easy. It'll do one all day if i wanted.
Nice..... I'm building one as we speak
Mud on top of a motor like that is USER ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sure is. I'm not sure what diabolical yard would have that kind of mud, but dayumm.
How are they on snow ?
Great!
Thanks alot, the was straight to the point, I felt fulfilled today after struggling for 3 years with my mower. It started right away. Remain blessed.
Will running it like that mess up the engine
Not in that short amount of time.
@@Whitestrash my 07 has a big gun exhaust and the end cap where the bolts go messed up completely so I've been riding like that for a while already. Till I get money for a new exhaust
Sir, thank you very much.
It's a bad rectifier..the engine studder is what it's designed to do when the rectifier goes bad to keep overcharge from happening and frying all the electrical. When you pressed the brake, it lights up the brake light and draws away the extra voltage from the overcharge and runs normal, that will only last so long.
Yes! I later figured that out. Thank you.
No problem! I went thru the same pain unfortunately.
I have the same exact 4. Wheeler was running just fine 2 days ago. Pressure washed it and had no spark. Found this video, and the issue is fixed. Thank you
What cords did you cut?
Fun Little bikes. I've got a 98 , put on a cheap Amazon shorty, basically a 16in resonator, no baffles. Sounds like a WW 1 fighter starting up and the backfiring keeps the cagers away.
is there a oil filter?
Nope.
why do it the hard way? Use the hole that's right in front of you. It also contains most of the spatter
Cool. whats the miles like on a tank of fuel?
Probably not that far. It was a snowblower tank, i bet not even a gallon.
@@Whitestrash ever think of putting on a tank on the front like they used to do with dragsters?
. have t find thoughs front wheels
Hate it when people summons every ounce of their being to tighten a bolt that doesnt need to...
Exactly. Caveman logic.
My 2024 will hit like 53 or 54 on flat ground
and how do you charge it?
It comes with a charger.
Or you could buy a spring with more preload.
Would have been nice if you had the part number either from your old machine or the new one
It doesn't matter. They don't exist. Can't find em anywhere.
Good explanation on that notch. I was checking mine not aware of that notch and the level was showing lower than it really was. thanks! Also, is your hard to insert, even when inserted correctly? Once almost all the way in, I need to kind of bend the stick to get the rubber peice to fit the hole, let along fit the notch.
It shouldn't be too hard to insert. Maybe lube it up a bit and see what happens.
Very well explained. Just purchased an M70 craftsman with the same setup . Will have to ensure that I have a container to fit under the body to collect the oil . Beats having to tip the mower over as I need to do in my 125 cc Yard machine.
I'll do that thank you I appreciate your help
No problem!
I have a Koehler command 25hp, the left side plug get black with carbon and the exhaust on that side get fire hot in a short period of time. I check rocker arms both on good. any ideas? Thank you
I wonder if the exhaust port is restricted on that side? Maybe pull the exhaust off and take a look?
What ignition coil did you use?
I never was able to find a new one. I took one out of my own mower just to prove that's what was wrong. There's a bunch on Amazon that say they fit, but none do.
Name of the exhaust please
Emgo. It's a cheap universal slip on from Dennis Kirk.
Like everyone else says...Thank you for showing me. I have the exact mower and always wondered how to change the oil. Thanks for the simple explanation.
I bet a guitar string would work good to clean the holes
What if it’s low on fluid, what’s the procedure.
Just add a little at a time with a funnel through the dipstick hole. They don't hold much.
That's so cool
followed the steps, very clear explanation , but now nothing is workin, i'll try again sunday!
I recommend a few things. Before removing the drain bolt, place a block under the opposing tire and tilt the engine so more oil will drain. Or you can swivel the upper frame to 90 degrees down and tilt it over and rest it on the end of that for more complete draining. This will also help keep oil from seeping in between the engine base and frame during the drain and then slowly seeping out over the next few months. It will make you think your drain bolt is leaking. Also, do not thread the dipstick in when checking. Just take off, wipe, then set it in there evenly. You want to see the oil mark in the upper hash marks. The narrator actually didn’t have enough oil in there yet, the way he checked it. It holds 600cc (.6ml), which is just over half a quart, not much. This engine does burn some oil under load so check it whenever you fill the gas tank. Also spray paint the top of the muffler housing red or yellow as a reminder to not rest your hand on it when trying to pull start the engine.
Finally changed mine it was only 19 years old. 😅
Got your money out of it anyway!
What if the wing nuts won’t come loose & just spin

@@bro_amego9914 try this.
Do you use the same fluid for the front and rear diff? The direct drive oil?
The rear diff in this case is just regular gear oil, not the same as the front diff and transmission. In this case, the amsoil is compatible with demand drive fluid and the agl so it will work for the front diff and transmission. As well as the front hubs on the older style polaris awd.
Polaris AGL for the rear diff then?
@@CobraChickenRacing i looked it up and it looks like agl is for transmissions. I'd just use 80w90 in the rear diff.
She's up and running, thanks man! Polaris brand of gear oil, used in the rear diff is called Angle Drive Fluid if anyone ever has the same question again about this bike! @@Whitestrash
Respect to you for getting such good camera angles and lighting for the job. You're a boss my guy.
Why wouldn't the increase be the same on front and rear. I don't understand.
It's just the variation in tire manufacturing I guess.
