If you have any worries about using Andrew’s full PMP program, know that it is legit! I used Andrew’s program and felt he broke everything down so that I could see the actual processes happening. Today, I got my passed email from PMI. Thanks Andrew and I had TWO adult beverages to celebrate. Thank you.

The problem is that jobs aren't willing to train anymore. I've worked in IT for 11 years now, and I've had to claw my way to where I am through knowing the right people and getting employee referrals. I've applied for thousands of jobs and have only had a handful of interviews in the last five years. Meanwhile, I've personally had to grow my knowledge and further my education outside of work because employers are presenting unrealistic expectations for new hires. People are rushing to get these certifications as fast as possible because they're a baseline requirement to even apply for a role.

It's indeed a great way to show proof. But not easy to get, due to confidential/policy of some companies. I would like diving more on compliance docs that could make such implementation so easy. Thanks for this hint Sir. It was really amazing!!!

Quick question: If I am an inspiring Project manager who has been in implementation before, how should I approach my recruiters in getting a project manager role when I have no excperience in it, but I have only a CAPM certificatre?

As a contractor and employee you cannot get a letter like that except if that is part of internal controls or a business process. Are you sure those letters are legitimate and not fetched? I have heard about fake resumes and credentials from reputable institutions and I will not be surprised if a recommendation letter is fake.

Andrew, I am a former student of yours and aced my exam with your course four years ago. I am glad your are addressing this question. Many job board listings are asking for the PMP-ACP. My personal feelings are that everyone should obtain the traditional PMP certification as a base certification, it s a matter of time that Agile too will be superseded by another methodology. And you are correct, the new exam is 75 agile question based on the PMP-ACP ECO. On the other hand, the traditional PMP separates real project managers versus Scrum-bums who are really limiting their career opportunities. Just passing the PMP says volumes about the type of individual, they are and what they are capable of, and in themselves, a totally different category of expertise.

If you study to pass a test, no matter how much, and you don't actually do it daily, it's hard to retain all the material.

Isn't Parametric and Analogous metrics are one and same? Like it is mostly confusing in many context. Both of them uses historical data to come to a result or conclusion?

It's great to have a solution ready to suggest, but that's only an exceptional case. Present the problem, and if you are asking for help or a follow-up, don't just drop the problem and leave, ask an open-ended question, and give a timeline for your manager to respond.
