Regarding the sample question/problem “Customers are not subscribing to a paid membership once the trial ends”: what type of data would you use to answer that problem? Data analytics sounds like very interesting work. This is the first video Ive watched on the topic and its definitely peeked my interest. Im not sure about the whole learning multiple programming languages thing, but other than that i think would be a great fit. Im very analytical 😁. More research to be done for sure!

I'm learning data analytics just because my mom wants me to. She doesn't wanna let me do what I want to be in life.
The yellow trip data file is 7.1mb in the video. When going to the website now, it is a parquet file that is 42mb large. When using pandas to convert it to csv, the file becomes 324 mb!. Google sheets cannot open the file. Seeing this, I took the liberty to reproduce the sheet as close as possible: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F6WsaEquKFKBOG58bMutgycbPlKpePkhGf0QjwAiwr8/edit?usp=sharing The sheet has 76, 214 rows just as the 2nd video describes. Running the descriptive stats steps from the 3rd video gives a very very close answer to the average (mean) figure. One thing to note, I could not find ny blank or duplicate data, perhaps my parque to pandas script removed the blanks. I don';t know enough to say. I have no idea why there were no duplicates. Perhaps NY removed them when they cobverted their data to the parque format?

In other words, a data scientist has all the skills of a data analyst but not as specialized, but a data analyst cannot perform all the tasks of a data scientist.

TLDR: Find an online certification with projects, mentorship and job prep then build a portfolio then do typical application stuff.

Such a pointless job even pre ai. And here i am i just applied for a job to do exactly this. 110-210k for what? Shouldn't be worth more than 40-50k max For people that know what they're doing what existing problems there are or insights to improve user experience is plain as day. No research or thought necessary. Just hire competent people. Not that difficult
