  Hello, the outdoor guided seating was part of the premier ticket package. In summer it’s outdoors but otherwise it’s mostly indoors. With a NYC pass you can't reserve a ticket on the website in advance. Instead, arrive at Pier 83/Pier 16 45-minutes prior to departure time to exchange your pass for tickets. You may also go to Pier 83/Pier 16 ticket office up to 2 days prior to your desired cruise time to get your tickets. Passes can only be redeemed at the same location as the chosen departure. When available, you can select Premier Tickets at the ticket counter. But it’s an upgrade so you’ll be paying extra. Hope this helps ! Enjoy your cruise 🚢

  @@colourmeinstyle I have an upcoming stay and I was trying to figure out what room they appointed for us :) it's 403 for the time being and was trying to locate it within the hotel. When you say "the other one", you mean the pink decor villa with two double beds? That looks like the stuff of dreams

  @@BiggieHChello it’s totally dependent on your choice both sea facing and land facing swim up rooms will have other rooms above them. so there is always going to be that chance of people standing in their respective balconies above to have a view of what’s going on in the pool below. I personally would go for the Seaview swim up room because they sit slightly higher than the beach level so people on the beach won’t be able to see anything. Whereas the land facing rooms have less privacy, specially on the side where the kids pool and the second pool are you will always have people walking about. Both rooms are gorgeous though 😃 I hope this is helpful 😊 have a fantastic stay
