Im litterally am ending a Damon Salvatore Journey edit and as I was editing some bamon in it too, I realized that Damon did good by Bonnie, not Elena. As I cut clips and listen to their fastfoward story I only see how good he did by her. They are the ship.

That was such a beautiful mix of Matthew and Diana moments, I never normally watch videos that are over a couple of minutes long, but yours, I couldn't stop watching. The moments you chose, the music, oh the music was so incredible, ethereal, beautiful and incredibly haunting!!! Such a job well done, I'll be watching this again and again. Sookie and Eric was the better match. He bounced up against her emotionally like a real couple do. Some good days, some bad,. He looked out for her material well being by buying her house. He went against his better judgement in certain decisions to protect her. For all of Sookie's anger, kick back etc Eric always knew she was as fragile as a butterfly compared to himself and allowed her to vent and have her way up to a point, even joining in with his own temper and flare ups to boot. Bill was too much like the man of his generation. Quiet, kept his thoughts to himself and was quietly manipulative. Eric was the fire , Bill was the ice. In the end though Sookier wanted a simple life and neither men could offer this as their world was full of politics and power plays. Sam would have been a great third option but Sookie just didn't seem to want to go there.

I preferred Sookie with Eric as he let her be her and experiment with feelings and strengths as well as her naughtier side! Bill was always a bit bland and boring g for me. But I do think they made a big mistake killing off Alcide as he was amazing whether with Sookie or not but his presence was epic! I loved the scene dream when Sookie had Bill and Eric together and she was in charge! My ultimate favourite the whole show was Lafayette, he was pure gold! ❤ Brilliant show!

I feel like the chemistry was so good with Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin at the beginning of the series, it helped them to fall in love with each other and get married and start a family IRL. I feel like the Eric and Sookie storyline took a different tangent in the show from the books, because of their real-life relationship too. In the books, Eric and Sookie feels like it should have happened and continued, but Sookie is always questioning if it's truly love or the blood of the two vampires in her causing her love/attraction for them. I don't feel like who Charlaine Harris put her with in the books at the end was the correct ending for her either, though. The Vampire politics always got in their way, and Sookie never wanted to be turned even when Eric offered it to her.
