I have a question . Will the high temperatures be transferred from the support blade that is screwed to the handpiece screw and will the plastic parts of the handpiece melt?

yes, it will get hot as all get out. You need a nomex/insulated sleeve for it.

я один чую, що результат не вартий зусиль і матеріалу? до того ж, ти задавив двигун - тепер він не розкрутиться до тих обертів, до яких крутився до того, як ти приліпив ту гиригилду. P.S.: відео корисне, як наочний приклад для дітей: на що не варто гаяти свій час і ресурси.

You can achieve the same result using a glass bead blast cabinet , it's cheaper , it's quieter , it's FASTER , just need an air compressor , and it wont wear out by the end of the week.

Опа, моя конструкція яку я придумав більше ніж рік тому. На сьогодні вже є багато удосконалень, які дозволяють масштабувати станок до обєму барабана 90-100 літрів. Доречі, пружинна підвіска зроблена не зовсім правильно, і працюватиме відповідно не так добре

Howdy. Very nice. How to calculate the capacitors ? First check the label for cos Fi (=power factor). Determine the Fi (angle) using the function arc cos Fi. Then dermine the reactive current by multiplying sinFi x In (nominal full load current given in the label). This is the inductive reactive current. The capacitors shall be rated to produce the same amount of capacitive reactive current. One may understand this as the motor being in resonance. Usually the setup is self exciting because of the small remanent magnetization in the motor. If not, just connect a 1,5 V dry cell momentarily over two phases and excitation will start. Regards.
