  ​@rico5114 you've only scratched the surface of the 76 economy. Caps aren't even considered in rare item trades. Leader bobbleheads + berry mentats bundled with godroll weapons and other rare items. Would be a good start for glowing masks

  A "normal safe" could withstand the explosion of a nuclear bomb ( not direct impact of course ) when thermal devices are used in certain spots any vault door can come down, makes me wonder if other surface dwellers knew this at all or maybe they just didn't care about the vaults considering all the Hysteria about them yk

  Just need to have access to the helicopter in whitespring resort, there's a quest there you have to do then you can go, should be able to any level.
