I was that guy. lol Ed was laughing at me the whole time and had to come give me five 5 at the end of the song....from then on, they called me "stretch"

You’re one lucky guy to have seen them around that time. I love that period of the band and those two albums (afterwards and rabbit). They had the dosage tour in 2012. They rocked in the early and mid 2000s. I had the privilege of seeing them last September and they sounded amazing ! Ed has really aged well. It just sucks there setlist is so short they never play any deep cuts. So many great songs they don’t play. I hope they do a full tour and play a big setlist with some deep cuts one day

I was deployed to Afghanistan when Collective Soul came to Austin. Had I not been, I would have taken my wife to this concert. This is our song!
