I have been visiting the site and then the project for more than 20 years. Certainly the hill top villas have spectacular sea views overlooking the bay of Barr Al Jissah, the majority of the apartments and villas do not. They are built in a valley. Many overlooking each other and so a site visit is highly recommended. But Oman is definitely the safest country in the region with the most diverse residential opportunities.
