Empower Taekwondo is located in New Bern, North Carolina, and provides top-quality martial arts instruction for students of all ages. Slowwwwwww down those diamond blocks. They are supposed to be 8 seconds apiece, and here they are being finished in 2. The descending 2x arm blocks after the mountain block are also 5 seconds. Other things can be fixed in time, but these the most glaring things. Keep practicing.
