  i think the sun can't affect the head unit. maybe the radio fuse is burnt out. or the connection is loose. you can check harness connection first.

  Great video, i was able to do a conversation without any issues. My only issue is switching to the microphone I installed with the unit. I would like to get a manul to what the capabilities are, are you aware of any?

  I did not use the microphone. I just installed it without the microphone and everything is working great. Not sure if it works with the original microphone or if it’s working with the head unit microphone hole on the unit.

  Hi, I have a android unit for mercedes b 180 (2012). The screen not switch to camera when put in reverse. The screen have a GND and CCV 12V line. I connected the CCV 12V wire with the red one from the reverse lamp. Any idea why its not working?

  Please ensure that you have connected the reverse line of the backup camera to the reverse/back line of your head unit. This will allow the backup camera to display when you put the car in reverse. Kindly double-check the camera connection.

  Everything is working well. The only thing I cannot figure out is why the volume on apps like Netflix, TikTok etc is very low. I turn the volume up all the way on the viabecs, but it’s not turning up that loud? The music and maps work very loud. Any fix for this?

  We sent a 10-inch tempered film with the package. you need to remove both layers of plastic on the screen before install temmered film. ”I applied the screen protector but there are big bubbles that I can't get out. Please help! ” Using a credit card or a similar object: If the bubbles persist, you can try using a credit card or a similar flat, rigid object to push the bubbles towards the nearest edge of the screen protector. Use gentle, even pressure to avoid scratching the protector or device screen. Heat method: Sometimes, using a hairdryer on low heat can help soften the adhesive of the screen protector, making it easier to manipulate and remove bubbles. Hold the hairdryer a few inches away from the screen protector and move it in a circular motion for about 15-20 seconds. Then, press down on the bubbles as described above.

  @@viabecsexpert5681 I only removed one layer of plastic when putting the protective glass on. It looks great. There was a hard layer of plastic on the screen under the soft thing plastic wrap, but that hard plastic protection did not come off. Should I remove everything and reinstall the protective glass or just leave it?

  Step 1, please check the connection of AC control harness. Step 2, Please check wether you choose the correct canbus option. note: maybe your head unit doesn't built-in CHANGYUANTONG canbus. so the canbus option is different.

  I am debating between this and an Apple CarPlay module. Once this is installed, is there an firmware update that will allow settings within the original OEM head unit to be customized? As an example, the OEM head unit has a setting where the door locks can either all open when you use the key fob or the driver door only with the key fob or the smart key on the door handle. Changing the level of the back door hatch in the cargo area can be done through the OEM head unit daytime running headlights can be turned on or off within the OEM head unit. These are just some of the major ones that I would not want to lose access to, I did run a test where I took the negative battery terminal off of the battery to see if the settings stayed how they were programmed or if they would reset and they did stay the same as they were originally programmed in the head unit. I’m wondering if you guys cannot provide access to these essential vehicle customization OEM options if we just have to set up the vehicle the way that we want prior to putting your aftermarket head unit in and hope that the settings never revert back to a factory reset, as I don’t know where that information would be stored if it’s not stored Within the OEM head unit? As an example if I have all of the door locks set to open at the same time through the OEM head unit and I put your head unit in will that setting remain or will it revert back to the factory setting of just the driver door openingwith one push of the unlock on the key fob? If all of the functions that we set up in the original head, unit will remains stored on the main computer of the vehicle. I may be OK with that, but if they could ever be wiped out while your head unit is in and the only way I would have access to change it back is to reinstall the original head unit that is just unacceptable to me as I’m locked out of way too many features on this vehicle, I think you guys need to address this publicly as everyone needs to know what they are getting themselves into and quite frankly you should create a firmware update or an app to address this issue if you don’t have an answer.   Hey, just got this today. It’s a bit tricky to find but it does have all the vehicle settings and it carries them over what was previously programmed. It kept my auto headlight sensitivity and door lock settings.

  @@maszone7313 Thanks 🙏🏻. Yeah they pointed me to it and I was able to find it. Absolutely love the head unit it made the vehicle feel like a 2024! Super happy to be able to get new technology in this body style. I hate the new Highlander shape. Black on black SE 2019 😎

  FM1: band: 87.5--108 MHz FM2 band: 87.5--108 MHz AM band: 520--1720 KHz yes, you can reserve 18 stations for each FM1, FM2 or AM BAND. （18+18+18）

  I purchased a used 2013 Rav 4 and it works great except for the head unit. It won’t connect to Bluetooth and the navigation, hands free phone, don’t work. The regular radio, XM, backup camera and auxiliary port all work but I really wanted to use all the features. Should I try to find one at a salvage yard or eBay? Also you didn’t test yours to make sure all the features worked such as Bluetooth and navigation. Did yours have that? Thanks in advance.

  A Chrysler dealer installed a back up camera on my 2015 300C. It works sporadically, sometimes it say "unavailable ", but stops working in early spring, and stays off until Autumn. However, sometimes it will work in hot weather and other times it won’t work in winter months. First time it malfunctioned was in 100° weather and I was parked with camera lens facing into the sun. They want more $ to diagnose the problem than what they charged me to install it. What should I look at first to diagnose problem?

  I even changed the steering wheel functions on the stereo itself so that Next=Previous and vice versa, but either way I set it up, the functions are reversed

  If the up and down steering buttons are switched, please try to close or open the option of "Switch the steering wheel up and down" to test. S1, Please open the setting app -- Factory -- Switch the steering wheel up and down. S2, Please open or close it to test.   @@christopherjamesrussell it can't flip volume controls. Is it only the volume control button that is flipped? Are the other square control buttons working properly? you can try to rechoose the canbus to test. S2: connect the head unit with your Phone hotspot first. Press Settings -- Factory -- Select Models -- password is 123456 -- Model choose.   Hello my friend! I have a problem with the junsun radio. My CarPlay stopped working after an update. It also has the reset button on the front, but as you say, it just resets. It does not go into factory recovery mode. can u help me please? im really tired with this issue.

  I have an eonon M3BLA12 and stupidly changed the resolution to 1280. Now I cannot hit the keys right on the touch screen and cannot get to the confirm button to change it back. Does a hard reset erase resolution settings? Im struggling here

  It looks great, but how do you control many features in the vehicle that are controlled through the OEM head unit? Theres a ton of options that you really can’t go without that are accessible through the OEM head unit. Does this after market provide access to those options?

  Our harness can support factory steering wheel control, JBL amplifier, original backup camera, door display info, TPMS info (can't change TPMS unit). What other original features would you like to ask about?

  @@viabecsexpert5681 There’s a multitude of settings inside the OEM head unit. As an example you can change lock settings, disable/enable day time running lights, and many other things. The brain of the vehicle is the OEM heading for settings. My question is, if I swap it out for your head unit, how would I ever access those features again?

  Any solution if turn on car the head unit is on but black screen.. When I switched the gear to Reverse the screen is turn on.. Have any solution for this?

  Solution 1: Please DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY. then connect the negative cable and positive cable after 10 minutes. and test whether the car radio could be turned on. For safety purposes, always disconnect the negative cable first. Solution2: 1) Please find a pin to press the RST button (long press) until you see the light button flashes three times. 2) Then press the RST button 3-4 times in time unit the panel LED light on all the time 3) you will enter the radio recovery interface.
