Have vegetable juices and plenty of soaked dry fruits (i smoothie them in a mixer after soaking overnight) and broccoli sprouts helped conceive.

Yes, definitely having a good diet and eating allot of fruits/vegetables helps !

I am currently 6dpo . I had hcg trigger shot to rupture my egg and after that I ovulated . Hoping for a positive 🥹 we have been trying since 5 months . I have pcod and endometriosis. Please pray for us 🤞🏻
