I own 2 authentic rolex and I’m glad that super clones are overtaking the market…ADs are the first scammers, sell the watches to unauthorized dealers instead of real fan who want to wear the watches. So if you want to wear a Sprite ($12K msrp), you can’t because the waiting list is 8yrs 😂 or you have to pay $26K on the gray market. That’s why a lot of ppl is opting to buy super clones.

Stick with my 1979 pop left me his Tudor. Tudor is sister company of Rolex. Save buy a Tudor. I use for dress up 14k gold nice new strap 1979 made. I use for special occasions. My everyday watch is a Steinhart nice real deal Swiss made watch owned by a Germany company. Steinhart price point is phenomenal nice 600 490 800 1000 watch . Today the replicas are harder and harder to tell. I'll stick to real watches in my price range . I also have a 1949 longines 18k gold needs work but the gold is worth nice penny in scrap lol but won't do that it was Grandpops watch .

Boy, what a mess up on the video.. you say and write on the side by side comparison of the watches that the BB58 is smaller at 30.9 mm, that’s is so wrong…the black 58 is larger. It’s 39 mm not 30.9 mm and 54 is 37 mm.
I've worn both the real and clone watches for months, reserving the real one for important occasions and the clone for everyday wear to avoid damage. Great video, one of the best I have seen on the AE-1200. I got the 1200whd, but swapped the bracelet for a Casio black strap. Very light weight now and very functional. I also did a small mod and erased the "World Time and Illuminator" printing with a pencil eraser. It gives it a cleaner look. May take it apart and remove the "10 year battery and 5 Alarms" text too. I'm looking this watch.

Years ago you could tell a clone from across the room. Now you need a micro loop or have to remove the case back. Clones have come a long way.
Not entirely correct. There are obvious tells that any watch dealer would spot quickly. I am impressed how close they are to the real deal, and in fact the one I own is better made and finished that the seiko I have which was same price.
