Okay but the sun-graphic eyeliner look with that yellow shadow was such a slay-- I think the red velvet tank and black tee looked so cool, perhaps if you had a black/burgundy lace skirt and did something fun like yellow tights!!? and docs hahah. I'm still constantly experimenting with my style as a 30-year-old so I think it's an ever-evolving process. Now I just thrift what I love and find a way to incorporate it with other pieces in my wardrobe, rather than sticking to one aesthetic. Great video <3

I love these types of videos! So much fun ❤ I love to watch peoples style mature and evolve. Unfortunately (probably more fortunately lol) we didn’t take many photos growing up, but the ones that are in family photo albums, I could see where I was going with the fits. I started taking more photos of myself and friends in the early 90s (I was in high school) and I went from Rude Girl (ska core, not Gwen Stefani, think more Selekter etc) to grungy punk, to full on retro pinup style in my 20s and 30s (with punk, rude girl and grunge elements always.) my friends would describe me as a “punk rock librarian “ in my later years 😂

OMG! Fellow NIN/TR obsessive here! Totally agree about HM being amazing and underrated, but the Fragile is probably my all-time fave (along w/ Still). Also, yes to Me, I'm Not!! I have been obsessed since I was 13 (in 1990) and used to have so many NIN shirts that I have long outgrown. You MUST see them live! It is the most amazing experience! I have the Downward Spiral and Sin re-issue t-shirts and a bunch that I just wear to bed lol.

I’ve been obsessed with them since I was around 13 too !! Unfortunately I’m only 22 so the last time they toured Australia I was like 12 and didn’t know who they were 😭 I’d give my kidney to see them live and my partner can’t propose to me unless it’s at a NIN concert so if they don’t tour again we can’t get married lmao. Still is so underrated, all that could have been is hands down their saddest song it’s beautiful. So glad I’ve found a fellow NIN obsessed person through this channel !

But for some reason nowadays I tend to wear all black always, probably because it's the easiest and black has always been my default.
