  6s is way different than 4s . Totally nuts , lol . And fun . I ran a k6s on 4s brand new and was wondering why I couldn’t get any wheel action off jumps then tried a 6s and found out what’s up 👍. Still k6s is too big for me and a pain in the butt to haul around . I like the 1/10 size line up 3s , 4s . Light plastic is the way to go. Upgrades with weight kill these cars imo

  Looks good! you need more room to let it eat! And the setup plus The tyres hook up well! almost needed a wheelie bar lol! I’m running twins in my old fs 1/5, one 1717 and one huge aero outrunner and 2 xlx2’s it’s got a similar problem in that it runs out of room really quick

  @@rccustom6726 yeah It’s an older car it’s close to 15 years old, has the front diff installed so Is 4x4 these are a junk car but they have steel crown and pinion gears and with a heap of suspension modifications such as custom made control blade anti roll bars and 3 dampener’s per wheel! It actually puts power down!

  These Badlands MX43 tires are pretty hard to worn out I’m really impressed with them. They worth every penny for the price for them $100 a pair. Thanks for watching the video 👍🏼

  @@rccustom6726Thanks man! I seen you also put the esc in the frame and not in the usual location by the rear shock tower. I think thats helping give you some extra traction with the weight of the batteries. Regardless brother she's looking sick! Keep up the good work,ill check out your other videos.   Thanks for the advice but o never had an issue with it. I use it because of the great signal and control on it. I’m at 92.0mph on my other video and still not full throttle on it.

  You need to invest in some tiny bead lock tires and rims. They would be oh so cute because they're so tiny. Ever so tiny and cute.

  Your front bumper is one of the problems why it lifts at high speeds. Trim the top of the bumper so it won't catch so much air or take it off completely. But she's running damn good (100+mph car)

  Yea I think so too. I’ve had so many Traxxas slash 4x4 in the past for speed runs but never had a 2wd for high speeds so will be take it off and pout something else 👍🏼

  New to your channel but it that an OG Baja that has been converted or the newer E baja. I've never seen them with the lipos mounted in the back. Sweet speed run and hope you find tires that will hold up. Awesome video bro.

  Thanks man! But yea I’ve had this Baja 5b for about 4-5 years and finally decided to convert it to brushless. The kit I got it from eBay for $75 but I really wanted kit that has the lipo’s mounted on the chassis up front but it’s about $150 for that kit cuz on the aluminum part. Just had to get something that work and this one works fine. I did opened the tire that popped and sure enough the tire was damaged inside. Will be getting some others and see on the next run for them 90 to 100 mph runs lol. Thanks for subbing to the channel buddy 👍🏼

  @@rccustom6726 I took my original baja 5t and bought E kit from ebay and it's aluminum. I'm running 8s with the lipos in the chassis, I'm running 57/18 but want to gear higher for speed runs. I'm running proline trenchers but not good for speed runs on pavement lol. What gearing are you running? I'll give you a shout out in my vids if your cool with it.

  @@nwirc I’m using the plastic 50t spur gear but on the pinion gears I’m still deciding between 26t and 28t but soon will be getting the 48t spur that’s a steel gear. Yes you may mention me out there 👍🏼

  @@rccustom6726 I'm sorry, I'm using the Hostile ( delrin plastic) 56 with a 18 steel which is max for this gear ratio. I'm thinking gearing to the moon with a 52/22 if I can find it and tune from that point. These 8s beasts can take it. Plus tires that can handle it lol ..

  @@nwirc I could only find them steel spur gear between 54t to 58t but been looking at a 48t / 26t gearing set but I only need the 48t spur as they don’t come separate.

  Thanks bro! But yea these are anti growth tire just tire came off the inner liner. I had a pair of those Primal tires but they look too big lol and every time i go on DDM racing they don't have them slick too but will be doing another run today again.

  I'm using the anti-growth front tires. That way they don't have much space to grow on high speed. Maybe a bit but not much it.
