According to the wind website, wind speed should be between 55 and 99km/h at 2500m : did the drone really withstand such wind speeds or was the wind actually weaker?

ive try a couple of times and at 1500/1600 meters my return to home kicks in due to battery lever but at 60%...and cant do anything about it...any tips? i wanna reach 2000meters

my best run was almost 4000 meters but the wind got too strong so I had to get back. Also my battery hs arond 140 charg cycles in it so they are also a bit weak and I dont have the sport+ hack

I have also removed any limits to my mavic pro, and i notice the max motor speed and overcurrent.. is that dangerous or is it just a message with info but you not actualy gonna burn up the engine or short the battery? Asking because i get a little nervous when it pops up on my drone :) and can you tell me how i get rid if the automatic rth when i try to do max altitude? :)

In countries that are much older than yours (some have thousands of years of history) in which mathematics was invented when in US soil Indians were shooting arrows, "." is used instead of "," and vice versa. I really see no point to tests like this. Especially above the water. Even cinematography is boring ;-) I'd never do such test to my Air 2S. Even if somebody would pay me to do this..

I made the mistake of flying my Spark on a cloudy day making sure not to go too high but there was some kind of riptide equivalent of winds that grabbed it and pulled it straight up into the clouds. 80% down to 60%. Zero visibility. I hit RTH at 60% and nothing happened. It was over 5000ft at 30% remaining. I disabled RTH and tried landing manually. Held down for a solid 2 minutes. It was descending SLOWLY because the sensors labeled the clouds as proximity. 20%... 10%.... 5%...... visibility finally came back as I exited the clouds at around 3000ft. 0% battery. Kept holding down. SOME-FUCKING-HOW it survived the descent from 3000ft at 0% battery life. My heart was racing and I was pissed lol. The drone was gift from my woman and I didn't want to break another present she gave me. Never flying on a cloudy day again.

Nice and cool man. But there is actually a way to cancel this disturbing autolanding ;). If you do that you can get out the full capacity of your battery and fly even higher and you self decide when you landing. But watch out, if you Landing to late you will crash. You can fly up to 3400 meters and land safely and also have have around 12-16% battery left when you have landed

yes I alerted traffic control and they told all passenger planes to change their route. On that day all planes flew above Turkey so that we could enjoy our drone flight!
