  Is that a blue sky? In the UK!!!? 😄 Jokes. Great video brother and that Z looks like it absolutely hauls. The audio sounds pretty good. I sometimes keep an external microphone (Zoom H1n) in my backpack for when I do more "spirited" riding. That normally yields zero to little wind noise. And then I mix it up in post with the GoPro audio. Looking forward to seeing where the channel is going with the addition of the Z to the stable.

  And he's back 😁!!!! I've always been a fan of the angular look of the Z1000. Looks better than the MT10 imho! I remember when I rode a 1k cc bike for the first time (coming from a 600cc). I couldn't believe how the thing was able to do highway speeds in first gear. These things are something else haha. Looking forward to more 1000cc content bro

  Yeah, it is an interesting experience 😁. As fun as it is, it feels weird only using a fraction of the bikes power all the time though. I miss being able to pin my 650r everywhere 🤣.

  Congrats also nakeds are diabolical above 70mph.. Doesn't feel nice at all wind wise. Also I do the same going super close to the pump also side note don't listen to the click at the pump as I've found it shorts me over a liter of fuel. Just look in your tank after the click and fill up by eye you'll be surprised. I doubt you'll remember but I'm a bmw s1000r owner (gen2) I rode on the motorway today I wanted to get to some A roads. Best believe after being on it for a short period I nearly cancelled the trip and turnt back around😂😂 I disliked it that much.

  I thought about getting the Z900 or larger bike but I’ll never use all that power. I don’t go to the track so I’ll never be going 150 160 miles an hour. I ended up buying a GSX 8R last week. It has all the power I need and I saved a few bucks.

  Well played, heck i always say my cbr500r was the perfect bike. Only got the 650r because the 500r got stolen. You are right, power should not be the only reason to buy a bike. GSX 8R is a good choice, congrats, i will have to give one a test ride one day.

  Yes dude.........yes....... it is a whole different level. The power is instant on the z1000, even in 6th gear at lower rpms. I haven't maxed out the z1000 but the difference in top speed between the 650 and 1000 would be minimal because the 1000 is not geared for top end performance like a super sports 1000cc bike.

  My biggest reason i do not own a Cbr 1000rr and am keeping my 650r is i cant even behave on my 650r and i know if i had a 1000 i would 100% end up in jail.

  I’m liking the new bike! I can imagine everything feels so fast with no wind protection 😂 I test rode a new BMW s1000rr a few weeks back and omg! The difference in power with a 1000cc engine is crazy! Hope you’re enjoying the new bike though!

  Nice, looks great, maybe the cracking/popping sound is the material in the cat as its cooling down with the engine off, but thats a guess I dont know? Im still waiting for the day I get my first litre bike, wont be an outright sports bike but something with a bit of a sporty edge like this

  Congrats on the new bike bro!!! That was also on my list at one point, i test rode and just didnt like the naked feel, fairings are great at deflecting the wind which i prefer and they look cooler obviously haha. I still have my CBR500R and love it, thinking about getting a red CBR650R that you rode in your vids. Thanks for your content, love watching your cruise round England suburbs, so relaxing.

  I have a CBR650R and a z1000sx (faired version of what you have, same engine) And as much as the power on the 1000 is great, the 650R puts a bigger smile on my face, maybe its that the power band is at 11500 rpm on the 650, and it's in the middle of the rev range on the 1000, and I couldn't agree with you more about the exhaust sound on the 650, its loads better, mine has a Pipewerx stainless on it, it sounds mint. Hope you are happy with your new purchase bro, ride safe

  So true!! At the moment i can't have as much fun on the 1000 as i did on the 650......i'm too scared lol. And yeah there is a nice rewarding feeling you get having to work for the power on the 650 😁. But hey.....looks like we both have good taste in bikes 🤣.

  New bike is decent! Looks amazing. Pops & crackles is probably from the exhaust where it’s just still really hot. My R6 does the same everytime I go out on it 👌🏽

  Nice, as someone who had Hornet 600 then went to a FZ1 it felt like a Hornet on roids. The CB1000R was fun too, but realistically it was too much and after having the FZ1 for almost a decade I rarely ever dipped into the power but the thrill was fun, 85MPH in 1st gear..... Probs worth getting a small screen Z1000 look good ironically I've gone down to the vstrom 650 you last reviewed lol

  Yep, they still make ninja 1000 and the sx model, but the z1000r like mine is no longer made. Instead you can get the z900 new.
