So did she have extractions , implants and the teeth snapped all at once? 5 days ago I had my bottom extractions and mini implants put in. They said I have to wait 3-6 months before i can have my permanent snap on.
Hello Carri. Regular implants require 3-6 months healing time so the bone can bond with them and get a good anchor for the new teeth. Hello Shirley. Every patient is different. There are factors that affect the healing time like age, gender, nutrition, genetics, preconditions. Still, you will be able to go back home with the Snap in Dentures after about 8 days from the mini implant procedure. You will have to follow the doctors instructions to make sure they are healing properly. :)

There are many factors that can provoke boneloss (age, gender, nutrition, disease, etc) but Snap in Dentures and mini implants can help prevent accelerated boneloss because they keep stimulating the gums like the roots of real teeth. We also do bonegrafts if needed. Our doctors would have to evaluate your case first.

Ok Doc, I would fly to Cancun and have you done this kind of work in my mouth in a heart beat if you agree... to let me take home a couple hundreds of the little "o ring" rubbers + the hand tool to insert them in the dentures. I'm willing to pay the fair prices for them. We all know those o rings that get the dentures snap in and pry out of them everyday will not last long. Any kind of dental work in the States where I live is never cheap and fly back to Cancun whenever the o rings need to be replaced is very uneconomically as well!
