A very pleasant couple from America.
Wow what an experience! Thanks for sharing the experience in Bali, i especially enjoyed the coffee plantation, thieving monkies, and volcanic vistas. I loved the humor, learning about the locals, and getting a sense for the unapologetic coast lines. What an adventure!
So nice of you to take the time to watch our channel! Love the enthusiasm and comments!
Looks beautiful but not sure we could handle that heat!😳
Very true. It's practically intolerable.
careful with sound changes , ratio was bit loud on those beats; also maybe speed up those footage moments or shorten them tiny bit but overall gj i can see this channel getting solid growth
Thanks for the tips, we'll take a look.
Yes
We did it!
42:17 I love your message here! It’s so insightful and refreshing to hear that despite some unexpected difficulties, your experience in Bali was well worth it. 😊really makes me want to experience it for myself.
Thank you so much for the engagement in our content. Having time to reflect on our experience in Indonesia put things into a perfect perspective for us.
Used to live in Manly which is very close to Mosman. Such a beautiful part of the world xx💙💙💙
It certainly is. Lucky you, love it there.
Hi guys welcome to my city Enjoy and careful were you swim.
Haha. We visited Manly beach as well, very pretty. We didn't venture too far off the beach, lol.
@@lifeonvaca Cheers and Enjoy. Welcome back anytime.

Beautiful footage… wine+friends=fun!

I know you guys are on vacation and relaxing and enjoying your time firstly but I wish you would do more videos showing your daily activities and snippets of life in the cities that you’re staying in as you have been because it’s just so much fun to watch! Thanks & safe travels ❤
Thanks for the suggestion, we really appreciate your thoughts and feedback. We'll be working on that.
Beutiful Bali , ❤
Nusa Penida is bucket list beauty for sure. New Bali video up today, kzread.info/dash/bejne/h3eK0a6qg9vFh7A.htmlsi=DqxRd21TmGPbRVAW
Hello, You Guys are absolutely adorable and enjoyed this Vlog immensely!!! Anyway I look forward to watching all your Vlogs! You guys are Great! Live listening to you and Thankyou for showing all the sights and sounds and snippets of daily life! They’re most appreciated:) god bless you guys and safe travels! ❤
Oh wow! Thanks so much for these encouraging words!
Impressive Kirk and Francelle!
Thank you so much Susu. As a world traveler yourself, we appreciate the kudos !
I was born, raised and lived most of my life in Mosman. Three million will only buy you a hovel in Mosman, and you won't have a view. If you want to venture to the other end of the market, try $33,000,000!
Wow, good to know. We certainly enjoyed staying there.
Mosman is one of Sydney's most expensive suburbs.
That's what we thought!
You're not in the bush, darling. Not by a long shot.
Perhaps not, but that's what the uber guy called it!
Me
Haha, it was a first for us!
@@lifeonvaca I know but I have seen them
Wow!! What a beautiful part of the world! Definitely adding to my bucket list. Love your content ❤, it’s the perfect break to my busy work day. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
Thanks Micah. New Zealand is an incredible place for sure.
You have never commented on what you think of the coffee here in Australia.
We loved the expresso and used the plunger every morning... we did a video on it but didn't publish. New to us.
Had I known you were coming I'd have taken you there for free as I have done for others coming from overseas. I've made the offer to others online. You find Australians are very good in this regard! It would pay to research places you are going to with other travellers (on their channels) and reactors to see from the comments if they are helped by people who follow them. As a local, I've taken other people from overseas to places just like the Blue Mountains, or Wattamolla and Cronulla because I follow them online and I know the area and can show them the best areas to go. You could have reached out to me to help you get around.
That would have been awesome!
Welcome to Australia. It's good to have you here. It was a shame you missed visiting Sydney's best beach. Perhaps next time. You may not have noticed (or perhaps you are specifically using a filter for the effect! I don't know), but your video's have a particular darkening of the brightness/screen at the corners. In photography this is known as vignette or the (verb) vignetting. It often happens with poor quality lenses. I don't know what camera system you are using. If it's a GoPro, I'd suggest upgrading. Also, please raise the volume of your voices OVER the background music when you are talking as it's still a little loud in the background. If you suggest you are going to comment on something later, please do, as I waited for your extra comment and it never came. It would also be good if you make a comment on either the looks of the food or coffee/drink that you order, it be nice to have an after trial taste comment too, thanks. I think your travel videos will be great knowledge and experience for others all over the world! Well done!
Thank you for the tips and for paying attention to the details! Good eye.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful shots of Sydney and thank you for visiting!
Our pleasure! We will be back.
Great video as im planning my trip there in March ! Thanks for sharing
Have fun! You're going to enjoy it.
Supermarkets in Australia cater for people who want to do a big shop, but you said you were in a Metro supermarket , which is a mini version of the big supermarkets and caters to tourists and office workers. There is a big supermarket in Mosman, but it’s at the back , so a bit hidden.
Good to know, thanks! (just tourists I guess, lol)
The boat you filmed, Law Connect, just won the famous Sydney to Hobart yacht race, one of the great sailing races in the world.
Excellent! Our congratulations to all involved. Which one?
@@lifeonvaca The large sailing boat with the dark sail. It has the name on it's sail.
You do realise it's a city with 6 million+ people. Most big cities in the world aren't particularly friendly.
So true.
Do yourselves a favour. Stop buying bottled water. You don't have to. The water is perfectly safe.
Sounds good
you need your own car to get to wottomolla
Yes indeed.
Being in Mosman is one of the richest suburbs in Sydney. They are more rich snobs as that's why you ain't finding as many friendly people in Mosman. Get out of the rich areas and you'll see a whole lot more friendly people.
We understand what you're saying.
It's a nice fairly quiet spot down there. I've been down with some friends and got a fine from the ranger as we had our dog down there. The Royal National Park is the 3rd oldest National Park in the world Established in 1879 and it was the first in the world to have “National Park” as part of its name. The park’s original name was just National Park, but the name was changed the year after Elizabeth II passed by the park on a train during her 1954 tour. 2nd is Yellowstone National Park America established in 1872. 1st is Bogd Khan Uul National Park Mongolia established in 1778
Very nice to know.
Hi Can’t work out how to attach the photo we took of us when we met ‘hiking’ in queenstown! Is there some way to attach it? Thanks!!! Marcie 😊
Such a shame we can't do on KZread. Please email to [email protected]
I went there a few years back, the lagoon was awesome and the water was beautiful, the on the other the water was freezing 😂 I agree it is out the way but it’s a nice drive from where I live in Penrith at the foot of the blue mountains.
Oh wow! It's a terrific day trip if you have your own car.
Hope you get down to Melbourne at some point, pretty much all cities in Australia including the regional cities, have great parks and gardens, walking trails within a hour of the city centre, many are serviced by public transport. In Melbourne for example, you can take a train one hour to the Dandenong Ranges, same in Sydney, you can take a train to the Blue Mountains.
We hope so too! Met a lot of folks from Melbourne on our travels and they are so pleasant.
Dude. Great photography but the background music is too loud ,your voice is a whisper on my TV. Let's hear some of that bird life everywhere.
Noted!
When we went to Queensland we hired a car for a few days from 'Rent -A -Bomb '(ie. an older car). It was cheap and reliable. They are in Victoria (my state), too. In the end that would save you time and money.
So true. Next time!
Mosman is Sydney's most derided suburb. People who live there have their heads firmly planted up their buttholes, and everyone knows it. Rest of Australia doesn't care.
Mosman = snobs. Please don't judge Australians by these people.
No worries, we don't group everyone together.
Yes you need a car in Australia...l don't like public transport it takes to long to get to places ....
Good point, thank you.
Raining in Melbourne today temp 27..l had a nice fish burger the other day ..usually most eat flake in Victoria which is gummy shark its very soft not that strong of a fish taste its quite sweet....
Yep, flake, a couple of dim sims or potato cakes and the minimum of chips is pretty common in Victoria.
Sounds great!
Good information.
Cobblers Beach is a clothing optional beach 😅
I hear you!
People in Sydney are pretty jaded and staying in Mosman you're amongst some of the richest Australians/ Old money.
We enjoyed it.
@@lifeonvacaI used to live in Sydney (in Manly) and was never jaded…. Felt alive!
A different way to holiday in Australia compared to the mad rush most visitors are in from one city to the next. Basing yourselves in Mosman, rather than in the CBD , has allowed you to explore what Capt Arthur Phillip described as the "finest harbour in the world".
Thanks, we beleive you are right!
You can pre-book an Uber but with those prices why don't you guys hire a car? That would be my suggestion
We will next time!
Hi guys What’s your planned itinerary while you’re in OZ. ?
We stayed around the neighborhood.
Thanks for taking us along on your day trip. I'm from Perth, Western Australia and am looking forward to my first trip to Sydney next year. I plan to hire a car so I can explore more of NSW. Roos are most commonly sighted in the early morning or late afternoon. We have spots around Perth where you're almost guaranteed to see them, I'm sure there are places around Sydney too. Ask the locals or as the driver said, Google it! Good luck!
Hope you enjoy your upcoming trip.Let us know about our adventures.
Welcome to Australia. I recommend a day trip up to Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. When you get to Katoomba catch a bus to Echo Point and check out the view. It is a two hour trip from Central Station in Sydney. There are many hiking trails in the upper Blue Mountains that I am sure you would enjoy. Though it is more convenient to have a car as you can travel further afield. Incidentally, kangaroos are quite common where I live which is about 40kms (25 miles) west of Katoomba. Katoomba is about 105kms (65 miles) from Central Station. I have seen kangaroos hopping up the street where I live. I live near vast eucalypt forests so I do get to see the native wild life on a regular basis.
Nice. Thanks for the tip!
Ok thanks for the info!
Are you in wang ?!
Thanks for this video. Really enjoyed it and your thoughts about Sydney. Disappointed that you felt that Sydneysiders aren’t friendly as Australians as a whole have a friendly and laid back reputation. It will be great for you to stay in Sydney for the fireworks. Do you plan to see more of Australia as there is a lot to see? Happy New Year and safe travels.
Happy New Year and thanks for your comments. We did not mean to characterize all Australians as unfriendly, Guess we didn't meet the right people, as you seem quite charming! We'll definitely be back to explore more of Australia on our Life on Vaca.
Probably not worth risking it, but pedestrians DO have right of way in NSW.
Wow, good to know. It did not seem like it, lol.
Beautiful shots! Love it!❤ Looking forward to seeing what you’re going to show about New Zealand 😊
Thanks! We're discovering so much treasure in Kiwi country.
