Hey everyone! I'm Antoinette, a travel creator based in the Washington D.C. area. The hobbit visitor center looks cool.
Aren’t they cute, just nestled in the cliffs?!🥰
Thanks a lot. This is very helpful.
To drive or not to drive [take a tour] to the Cliffs of Moher, that is the question 🤔 Leave your thoughts in the comments below 👇🏽
A correction, the South Shore Line runs from South Bend, Indiana to Chicago.
Excellent video, very thorough and well presented. I’m gonna check out other vids on your channel as this was super-helpful ❤
The laundry bag for $35 is the best!!!

How did you get upgraded at Monument Hotel?
do touristic ticket cover the trip from airport to rome?
Thank you for a well-organized video. I especially appreciate you including the metro stops closest to each place.
New subscriber 💯
Thank you for the video, planning a trip in December with family. What are your thoughts for December travel, I understand it is a bit cold (not too much problem with this), but what about rain?
Thanks so sharing😊 I learned so much from your videos about Barcelona. Our cruise is in July however, we already chose an hotel to stay at before and after our cruise. I found out a lot about the restaurants that you shared. And I think we would enjoy the paella cooking class. Looks like fun! Blessings 😊
You burned it.
Thank you.
Please show me the ship, not selfies.
She put together a very nice video. Don't be rude.
@@maryannmarconi4958 Not rude. Just offering constructive criticism.
Hi. Im having a plan trip possibly end of September. Can you help to explain to me how a 5 single ticket pack works? If a group of 4 using the 4 single tix, that means only 4 tix are validated, right? what happen for the 5th tix? Can i still use it after 24 hours?
😅😅
It’s so easy to see Dublin on foot 😊
I don't usually comment on videos but yours, FABULOUS! I only wish I had started with this video, super informative and would have saved me a lot of time figuring out what you told us, THANK YOU!!!
Can anyone help me as I heard the service at 9 a.m is free. Does that means it’s a free entry to church?
The x busses are ridiculously slow. if you are heading to the city centre or pireaus, it is more comfortable to take the train or metro. There is also the x93 route which takes you to kifisias station, where you can change for the suburban railway (this can save you 2.30 euro in exchange for more waiting time). You can also do the tap trick; what i mean is that you can take the train for one (it is better to take it for two or three stops as there's more service) stop and then tap out and in with a regular ticket. this will cost you only 6.70 instead of 9 euros. just be ready for waiting many minutes at a hot-cold station, depending on the season, for the next train to the city.
Dont be cruel to metro jumpers, they are very common. Just help them get past the gate. 9 euros is way too expensive, considering the usual fare is only 1.20 euro.
The suburban train takes you to athens station in 45 minutes and there's also interchange with a metro route and electric railway.
In Athens, not only are transport tickets so cheap compared to other european capitals, but they are also optional as checks are very rare and can be easily avoided!
Do you book tours with MSC?
This year will be our 10th trip to Chicago. The first time was in 2015 for a 3 day trip for my wife's birthday. It was NOT enough time so we went back that July for I think 5 days. Now we go for 7 to 10 days each year. Still not enough time. 🤣
❤
This was a great video. Thank you for sharing these helpful tips. I have a trip planned in June.
How do you plan your trips? Google map?
Was room service an extra charge?
90% of the dishes you mentioned are Turkish. yoghurt, baklava, tzatziki, gyros (Turkish doner), dolma, loukma-des, mousakka.
Wow! great content and thanks for sharing. I need to add Dublin to my travel bucket list. 🌍✈🥰
Thanks for this video.. jut which one of them u recommend it!?
We go to Chicago every July. We have the re-loadable Ventra card and just make sure it has $20+ on it. We may not even use it during the week we go each year but if we have it just in case we need it.
Thanks for the tip, Shawn!
Wanted to see your formal night outfits 😂
What I look for in a hotel, no bed bugs and no foolishness.
Two things I can stand behind, lol! 😆
What do you look for in a hotel/rental? Let me know in the comments below and don’t forget to check out the entire Dublin playlist: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5mdq61_nqi_kqg.html
I don’t feel safe on the Metro in Barcelona but that’s just me
Hey, to each their own 👍🏽 Do what feels most comfortable for you 😊❤️
love it
Thanks Tam!!
Your videos are so helpful. Quick question in your opinion is it safe to 2 females first timers take FL1 to Trasvestere station from airport then take take to hotel near Pantheon with luggages. I am a bit worried about pickpockets at train. TIA
I think it is safe - my sister and I traveled together on the train, but like any train station be mindful of your surroundings. Pack tight, pack light, and always keep your hands and eyes on your luggage. It also helps to plan your route in advance and move quickly. If you get a weird feeling at any time, remove yourself from the area as quickly as possible. Most people mind their business, but always be alert ❤️
Thanks a lot for this detailed video. Just 1 question: If my 1st use of T-DIA (24 hour card) on a given day is at 1pm then it is valid till next day 1pm or only for that day?
Just a heads up, you can actually buy free tickets (that cost 0 euros) on the website you mentioned as official in the description, its for EU up to 25 years :)
Good Morning, I really liked your video, Thank you. I tried to buy the Sagrada Familia tickets through their official website and all credit cards I used have been denied. Do you know why?
Hi Andrea! I’m sorry to hear that 🥺 It could be a number of things, like their system might be down. Also check to see if your credit cards are setup to accept international payments - in the EU two-factor authentication is common and said Banks have a few issues implementing it, so you may want to give your bank a call to see if there’s anything they can do on their end. Finally, some people find using different credit card vendors - visa vs Amex vs Mastercard might make a difference.
hey i watched tens of videos but yours was truly informative. ill be watching others from your playlist too next.
Thank you so much 😊 I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, it means the world to me ❤️
Great speech by Hector 👏👏! Thanks for generously showing pompeii,we are deciding whether to go there or Herculaneum this summer.
Hector is the best!! 👏🏽 what a tough decision- I’ve been to Pompeii a few times and learned something new each time. I hear Herculaneum is better preserved…if there’s time visiting both could be an option!
Dose this go for leasing a town house too?
It sure doe 👍🏽 but the landlord determines if they will pass any of the fees to the tenant.
We are flying over in a few days, I am so glad I took a look at this in advance 😂
So glad you did, too! Thanks for watching and have a wonderful trip to Greece!
Two years ago we took a taxi from the airport to our hotel. It was at night. The lighting outside the airport was so bad, you couldn’t see the number plates on the taxi. The traffic was horrific with people and taxis everywhere. It cost 50 euros. It was quite stressful, but once we were in the taxi, it was good. When we left, we took the train from syntagma. You had to change trains once. It was pretty simple, especially for us as we were 65 and 71 years old respectively. We are going back next week and we are taking the train.
Thanks for sharing! Taking a taxi can be stressful - especially at night or early in the morning - and other times it can be easy. It’s awesome that you tried two different methods to see which one works best for you!
Never make this mistake and take a taxi from the Airport! it is cheaper to take a train and they feature racks for baggage. However only suburban railway and airport metro feature these and if you want to change lines you won't have this option. You can take the train to a central (or wherever your destination is) location and depending on the number of passengers and baggage you may take a taxi from there.
@@goatgamer001 Thank you. We are currently in Athens. We took a taxi because we have too many bags as we are going to be in Europe for 5 months with our son who lives here.
