  this really gave me chills. this was my favorite track by muse in the early 2000s, my dad bought a special cd player to carry in the car because his radio was dead, and we would listen to this track + plug in baby back to back for hours. Now he is dead, and I have the feeling no one aside from us ever listened or appreciated the track Hyper music, since nobody talks about it and its never played live. So seeing the audience freak out here is amazing, I never expected people to react in such a intense way to it; I wouldve lost my mind if I was there

  it's like they don't understand their fans at all. We want the deep cuts. We want the good stuff. We don't give a crap about the stuff that plays well on the radio, give us the real stuff. I can't believe they don't do this more.

  RHCP played almost totally new songs for their 2023 concert in Australia, and deservingly got a lot of criticism LOL. Muse at least played their iconic songs for most of the time, roughly 50% of their setlist, which is very fair for me. This is true also until 2023.

  I don’t know what people who complain the crowd was dead want the crowd to do! The screaming was literally louder than the music in my ears. No mosh pit (unnecessary to be a good crowd) but there were people from I’d say 12-75 or so there so that may play a part. I saw a lot of people singing every song along with Matt, so I don’t measure crowd quality by mayhem. I think many people may rock out to music physically that don’t even appreciate it fully because they think they are supposed to jump around. I’ve been listening to them for over 20 years and seen them in large and small venues and all crowds are different. It was very tight where I was right in the center of GA2 behind the pit, so movement was limited.

  sad the crowd was kinda dead for a lot of songs but super super super glad i was there. easily the best night of my life, got to hear my 3 most wanted songs! Citizen Erased, Assassin, and Map. Got to hear We Are Fucking Fucked for the first time as well. Such a great night, and i wish more people wouldve been as excited as i was

  People were as or more excited than you. It’s a bit elitist in my view to expect everyone to act the same, and I think those that complain are not realistic and don’t understand what being a fan means. But it was an amazing show and I am so glad to have been there. 👍🏼

  Thats the first time I’ve ever seen muse screw up a song other than just stopping completely, dom drops his sticks before the first chorus, and matt forgets the lyrics a bit in the beginning.

  People who have ever performed music don’t complain about a couple minor flubs. It’s hard, that’s why everyone doesn’t do it. They spilled a bottle of water on the stage too when he threw his guitar in the air at the end of space dementia, which you maybe didn’t notice. 😂 Playing through mistakes is what makes you a seasoned pro.

  he was walking around the stage with only the mic before so i thought "oh yay! uprising! i knew theyd have to play hits eventually" so when i was expecting uprising and he played fucking space dementia i went into shock. maybe the most insane surprise ive ever gotten at a concert
