Heyy! I first came across your channel while researching about le cordon bleu, and i was just filling my application back then. Your vlogs were quite interesting, so kudos for that! anyways, long story short, i applied and got into LCB and i just graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London in DIPLOME DE PATISERRIE as well, and i'd like to point out that many of the things regarding the course structure that you said in the video are completely wrong, maybe you might want to correct them. 1. the grand diplome is about cuisine and pastry only, not boulangerie. 2. in the intermediate patisserie level, there is some bread making but not so much, so if anyone is interested in boulangerie AND pastry then it'll be better to do both the course together instead of just one thinking that it cover SOME aspects of the other. 3. you HAVE to pass basic level pastry to do the intermediate level, there are a few more things in your video that is quite misinformed, but i am just pointing it out so that others dont get the wrong Information. :) other than these, LCB also offers alot of many courses, like the diploma in culinary management (I am currently studying tihs after diplome de patisserie), there are culinary arts courses, plant based cuisine courses, culinary innovation and wellness course, etc. (but the most famous ones are the grand diplome, diplome de patisserie and diplome de cuisine) anyone looking out for more information should just directly check out their website for more information. And also, as you progress over to the next level eg, from basic to intermediate , the classes and exams do get difficult, and they do fail students, it is not that easy but also not that difficult, all you have to do is pay attention in your demos, and do your best in the practicals and you're good to go! But yes, if anyone who is passionate about cooking, MUST try LCB, it is totally WORTH IT, and it does test your patience but if you have that driving force to fulfill your dreams, you will definitely be able to do it. cheers!
I am thinking that I would go malaysia (lcb) for do diploma de cuisine, what do you think about that! Pls help me out here,i am from Bangladesh, malaysia is close to my country. Will I get a good job opportunity ,if I do it from Malaysia?
Great, thxs for sharing !
I am Sri Lankan student at William angliss (Paticery) I have compleated certificate 3 .Now can l join Le cordan blue for certificate 4.And can l tell what to do?
your eyes are just so gorgeous! Loved the video - makes me miss London. xx
What about the bathroom ? How many times can you go to the Loo while working ?
Are u from India
Is it easy to get a job in pattisserie industry after graduating from LCB? I'm from India. Also, is it easy to do a part time job while studying?

Do they give you a content detail for the course? like in 1st week you study this, etc.
Cost around 12 thousands but this menu costs 5 thousand
Hey Tooba, thanks for this video! Do you have any knowledge on whether the Boulangerie course also entails teaching some bits of patisserie as well? My objective is to learn both patisserie and boulangerie but considering the costs, I can only opt for one so would appreciate if you had any recommendations. Thanks!
Hey! Thanks for watching! If you want to do the full pastry course for 9 months, there is a decent amount of boulangerie work in the second semester. So that's yeasted doughs, soda breads, croissants and puff pastry. If you're looking for a more in-depth sort of boulangerie with fermentation & lots of baking chem etc you'll only get in the Boulange course! I'd suggest going for the pastry course because you learn so much more. And if you're in London, there are a bunch of bakeries that do bread-making classes at a decent price. So you can learn on the side during ur off days! (check bread ahead bakery)
@@toobahaq2275 That makes sense! Thank you so much! Much appreciated :)

Great to see more pakistanis visiting Sri Lanka as a pakistani living in sri lanka. Sri lanka has such huge tourism potential and direct flights from Lahore and Karachi make it so convenient to visit! Im sick of pakistanis obsession with thailand, time they discover this gem. Also you came during off season thats why it doesnt look as nice.
in my eyes it looked great! Not too rushed or crowded and weather was perfect!
very good place
It really is!
You don't look like a Pakistani. Are you Anglo indian?
oh, I'm sorry I didn't fit into the outdated stereotype you expected me to be. Believe it or not, Pakistanis can be beautiful too
@@LoveatFirstTable But, you're not beautiful
@@ziakhan-qw9zito you maybe. Beauty is subjective
@LoveatFirstTable 😊Maybe, but I believe realistic and naturalistic
