  Loss of revenue from physical albums was the death of good music. I loved music all the way up to the early 2000. Around 2007 was when mysic began to be less about love/loss/hope and more about how sexualized your lyrics and your stage presence could be. Every now and then ill come across a new artist/ songs that blows me away but they are like needles in haystacks now.

  Not everything about the 80s was great. Plant closings were at an all-time. There were wars and massacres. And there was even some junk music. But mostly it was pretty good. The 1980's were overall a great decade.
