the thing that i find funny is for him to be singing this song meant a copy of it was kept by the enclave remained in working condition for YEARS and then frank had to have listened to it enough times to sing it verbatim

I love the canonical deep state in post-apocalyptic America. Nothing could go wrong!!! NCR carries the true enlightenment ideals that America was founded on, even if they don’t quite understand how or why, but the Enclave is all that was evil of America. It is the NCR’s turn to walk their road, see where it leads. They may make the better choices in the long run. I see more of America in the NCR than the Enclave.
